Ոստիկանության նախկին պաշտոնատար անձը կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով տարբեր անձանցից գումար է ստացել. քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված  նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության նախկին ծառայողը, կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով մի շարք անձանցից 2024 թվականի ընթացքում ստացել է տարբեր չափի դրամական միջոցներ, յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում՝ 250.000-400.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ քաղաքացիներն իրենց մատնանշած անձանց օգտին ապօրինի գործողության, այն է՝ ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ սահմանված ընթացակարգերի շրջանցմամբ վարորդական վկայականներ ստանալու, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունքը վերականգնելու համար, երկու այլ անձանց օժանդակությամբ փորձել են կաշառք տալ պաշտոնյաներին, սակայն կաշառք տալուն ուղղված գործողությունները նրանց կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չեն իրագործվել, քանի որ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության նախկին ծառայողը, նշված անձանցից գումար ստանալով, այն որևէ պաշտոնատար անձի չի փոխանցել:

Կաշառքի միջնորդության պատրվակով գումար ստանալու համար ոստիկանության նախկին ծառայողին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 440-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու փորձի օժանդակության համար երկու անձի մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-44-436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով։ Եվս հինգ անձի նկատմամբ կաշառք տալու փորձի համար հանրային քրեական հետապնդումներ չեն հարուցվել գործուն զղջալու հիմքով։

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
