Ջրատարի վթարային թունելը կվերանորոգվի

Նարեկ Սարգսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ս.թ. հունվարի 1-ի տվյալով ոռոգման ծառայություն մատուցող ջրօգտագործողների ընկերություններում առաջացել են էլեկտրաէներգիայի գծով ավելի քան 1,5 մլրդ դրամի պարտավորություններ: Վճարումն ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի առաջարկով և ՀՀ կառավարության ս.թ. փոտրվարի 11- ի որոշմամբ պետբյուջեի «Ոռոգման համակարգերի հիմնանորոգում» ծրագրի 985 մլն դրամը իբրև ֆինանսական աջակցություն ուղղվել է նշված ՋՕ ընկերություններ, իսկ 15 մլն դրամը` հատկացվել «Արաքս» ՋՕ ընկերությանը` Բերքաշատ համայնքի խորքային հորի վերականգնման համար: Համայնքի բնակիչները դրանով իսկ կապահովվեն ոչ միայն ոռոգման, այլև խմելու ջրով:
Բացի այդ, գումար է հատկացվել «Արփա- Սևան ջրատարի 2- րդ թունելի առանձին վթարային հատվածների նորոգման նպատակով նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերի պատրաստման համար: Նիստը վարող վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է աշխատանքի շուտափույթ կատարումը, քանի որ դա հնարավորություն կտա ավելի շատ ջուր կուտակել Սևանա լճում: Այս աշխատանքը դասակարգելով իբրև անհետաձգելի, գործադիրը թույլ է տվել, որպեսզի թունելի առանձին վթարային հատվածների հիմնանորոգման նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերը կազմվեն բանակցային ընթացակարգով` առանց գնման հայտարարությունը նախապես հրապարակելու:
