Tesla-ի սեփականատերերը, դրանց դռների անսարքության պատճառով, գնում են վթարային մուրճեր՝ ապակիները կոտրելու և մեքենայից դուրս գալու համար, հաղորդում է Bloomberg-ը։
Հրապարակման մեջ նշվում է, որ մարդիկ հայտնվել են փակուղում դռների բացման համար պատասխանատու էլեկտրոնային մեխանիզմների անսարքության պատճառով։ Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայի բնակիչ Էրին Գեթերը պատմել է, որ նույնիսկ նոր Honda է գնել, երբ իր փոքրիկ որդին փակվել է Tesla-ի մեջ։
Ըստ Bloomberg-ի հետազոտության՝ 2018 թվականից ի վեր ԱՄՆ կարգավորող մարմիններին ներկայացվել է Tesla-ի խցանված դռների բռնակների վերաբերյալ ավելի քան 140 բողոք։ Ազգային ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության վարչությունը սկսել է Model Y մեքենաների ստուգումը՝ մեխանիզմների թերությունների համար։ Շատ տաքսու և համատեղ օգտագործման մեքենաների վարորդներ նախապես բացատրում են ուղևորներին, թե ինչպես գտնել իրենց Tesla-ի արտակարգ մեխանիկական դռան բացման մալուխը։ Ընկերության դիզայնի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Tesla-ն աշխատում է բռնակների կառուցվածքի փոփոխության վրա։
Bloomberg-ը պարզաբանում է, որ ընկերության մեքենաներում արտակարգ բացման բռնակների տեղի տարբերություն կա տարբեր մոդելների համար։ Նշվում է, որ գրեթե 35 հազար մարդ ստորագրել է մի խնդրագիր, որով ավտոարտադրողներից պահանջում են շտկել էլեկտրոնային դռների դիզայնը։
