Մարզերի ուսուցիչները և սովորողները կստանան տրանսպորտային ծախսի փոխհատուցում

Հանրակրթական դպրոցների ուսուցիչների և սովորողների տրանսպորտային ծախսերի փոխհատուցման ծրագրի շահառուները կստանան կարգով նախատեսված ֆինանսավորումը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:
Այդ նպատակով Կառավարության որոշմամբ 311 մլն 348 հազար դրամ գումար է հատկացվել` վերաբաշխում կատարելով ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության 2025 թվականի բյուջեում:
Տրանսպորտային ծախսի փոխհատուցումը տրվում է մարզերում տեղակայված հաստատությունների մանկավարժական աշխատողներին (ներառյալ՝ զինղեկներին, ուսուցչի օգնականներին, հատուկ մանկավարժներին և հոգեբաններին), որոնք աշխատում են իրենց փաստացի բնակության վայրից 5 կմ-ից ավելի հեռավորությամբ տեղակայված բնակավայրի դպրոցում` նվազագույնը 0,5 հաստիքային դրույքով: Ուսուցչի 0.5 և ավելի հաստիքային դրույքով ծանրաբեռնվածության պահանջը չի տարածվում Կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատված սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող սահմանամերձ համայնքների ցանկում ընդգրկված բնակավայրերի հաստատություններում աշխատող մանկավարժների վրա:
Տրանսպորտային ծախսի փոխհատուցում է տրվում նաև մարզերի այն սովորողներին, որոնք իրենց փաստացի բնակության վայրում տվյալ մակարդակի կրթական ծրագրի (ավագ դպրոցներում հոսքային և ենթահոսքային կրթության առկայություն) բացակայությամբ պայմանավորված՝ ուսումը են ստանում այլ բնակավայրի հաստատությունում:
Տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների ծախսերի դիմաց փոխհատուցումը տրվում է փաստացի հաճախումների հիման վրա` համաձայն ՀՀ կառավարության 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ի N 1242-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգի։
Ընդունված որոշմամբ կատարվել է նաև ծրագրի ոչ ֆինանսական ցուցանիշների ճշգրտում՝ հաշվի առնելով այս տարվա սեպտեմբերից շահառու հանդիսացող անձանց փոփոխությունը:
