Որ դեպքերում է այն վտանգավոր
Տեմպալգինի հաճախակի կամ չափից ավելի օգտագործումը կարող է բացասաբար ազդել լյարդի, երիկամների և արյունաստեղծ համակարգի վրա։ Որոշ դեպքերում այն կարող է առաջացնել ալերգիկ ռեակցիաներ, սրտխառնոց, գլխապտույտ, արյան ճնշման անկում։ Առանձնահատուկ զգուշություն է պահանջվում այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր արդեն ունեն քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ կամ ընդունում են այլ դեղամիջոցներ։

Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ ցավազրկողները հաճախ վերացնում են ոչ թե խնդրի պատճառը, այլ միայն ախտանշանը։ Տեմպալգինի մշտական օգտագործումը կարող է քողարկել լուրջ հիվանդությունների նշանները՝ ուշացնելով ճիշտ ախտորոշումն ու բուժումը։ Արդյունքում մարդը կարող է դիմել բժշկի արդեն բարդացած վիճակում։

Տեմպալգինը չի կարելի ընկալել որպես անվնաս դեղ, որը կարելի է ընդունել ցանկացած պահի և ցանկացած չափաբաժնով։ Ցավը օրգանիզմի ազդանշան է, և դրա մշտական «լռեցումը» կարող է վտանգավոր հետևանքներ ունենալ։
