Ռուսական ակտիվների առգրավման վերաբերյալ ԵՄ նախապատրաստական բանակցությունները փակուղի են մտել

ԵՄ դեսպանների միջև ռուսական ակտիվների բռնագրավման վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստական բանակցությունները փաստացի փակուղի են մտել: Այս մասին հայտնել է Politico-ն:
«Ռուսական ակտիվների հետ կապված իրավիճակը քննարկելու գագաթնաժողովի մեկնարկից 24 ժամից էլ պակաս ժամանակ առաջ ԵՄ-ում Բելգիայի դեսպան Պիտեր Մորսը իր գործընկերներին (Ռուսական ակտիվների հարցով մշտական ներկայացուցիչների կոմիտեի նիստում -խմբ.) ասել է, որ բանակցային գործընթացը հետ է գնացել», – հաղորդել է Politico-ն՝ նշելով, որ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին դեսպանները միայն ավելի են հեռացել համաձայնության հասնելուց։
Հղում անելով աղբյուրներին՝ Politico-ն նշում է, որ Բելգիան ԵՄ երկրներից պահանջել է «անսահմանափակ ֆինանսական երաշխիքներ»։ Բելգիան կարծում է, որ ԵՄ մյուս երկրները պետք է կիսեն թագավորության հետ կապված ցանկացած ռիսկ, որի հետ կարող է բախվել Euroclear պահոցում սառեցված 185 միլիարդ եվրոյի ռուսական ակտիվների բռնագրավման դեպքում։ Երաշխիքները չպետք է սահմանափակվեն 210 միլիարդ եվրոյով, ինչպես ենթադրաբար առաջարկել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը, քանի որ թագավորությանը հասցված վնասը կարող է զգալիորեն ավելի մեծ լինել։
Politico-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ԵՄ մյուս երկրները չեն համաձայնվում անսահմանափակ երաշխիքների։ Նմանապես, Բելգիայի պահանջը, որ ակտիվների բռնագրավման դեպքում ԵՄ բոլոր երկրները դադարեցնեն Ռուսաստանի հետ կնքված ներդրումային համաձայնագրերը, չի արժանացել համընդհանուր հավանության: «Բելգիայի դժգոհությանը, ԵՄ մի քանի երկրներ հրաժարվել են դա անել՝ վախենալով Կրեմլի կողմից ձեռնարկվող պատասխան միջոցներից», – նշում է հրատարակությունը։
Դեկտեմբերի 17-ի երեկոյան նախատեսված ԵՄ-Արևմտյան Բալկաններ գագաթնաժողովին Բրյուսել ժամանելուն պես Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական ակտիվների հարցն արդեն «հանվել է դեկտեմբերի 18-19-ը կայանալիք ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգից»: ԵՄ ինստիտուտների կողմից այս մասին պաշտոնական հաստատում դեռևս չի եղել։
