Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է ներկայացրել հայկական բանակի նոր համազգեստի նմուշը, հայտնել, որ այդ նմուշը փորձարկում անցնելուց հետո հայկական զորքերում, արդեն կներդրվի ամբողջ բանակի համար, որպես դաշտային համազգեստ։

Զինվորական համազգեստը փոխելու վերջնաժամկետ նշվում էր 2024 թ․-ը, բայց առջևում 2026 թվականն է, երբ դեռևս միայն փորձարկումներ են իրականացնելու։ Փաստացի այս մի բարեփոխումն էլ արվում է չափազանց դանդաղ և չափազանց ուշ է ներդրվում, թեպետ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը խոստացել էր հնարավորինս արագ կազմակերպել և իրականացնել որակյալ համազգեստի ներդրում։ Ընդ որում, տարածված տեսանյութում այնքան էլ պարզորոշ չի երևում այդ համազգեստի որակը, բայց արտաքին տեսքից դատելով, մեր զինվորները բոլորովին խրոխտ տեսք չեն ունենա։

Նույնիսկ իշխանությանը լոյալ փորձագետներն ու քաղաքագետները առաջին հայացքից լուրջ քննադատության առիթ են նկատել՝ կոչ անելով Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը այլ, ավելի որակյալ և աչքին հաճելի համազգեստ ներդնել, նշելով, թե ներկայացված համազգեստից ավելի շուտ խեղճություն է կաթում։ Եվ ընդամենը այս մեկ դրվագն ապացուցում է, որ հայկական բանակում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու մասին գործող իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան ընդամենը հանրությանը շեղելու միջոց։ Իսկ լավագույն դեպքում ԱՄՆ-ից կամ արևմտյան որևէ այլ երկրից էժանագին ինչ-որ հագուստ են բերելու, որը փաթաթելու են ողջ հայկական զինված ուժերին։
