Քեսաբի բնակիչները մարդասիրական օգնություն են ստացել Ռուսաստանից

Սիրիայի Լաթաքիայի նահանգի Քեսաբ քաղաքի բնակիչները մարդասիրական օգնություն են ստացել Ռուսաստանից: Փետրվարի 11-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ ռազմաօդային ուժերի Իլ-76 երկու ռազմափոխադրական ինքնաթիռներ են ժամանել ռուսական «Խմեյմիմ» ավիաբազա՝ շուրջ 50 տոննա հումանիտար օգնություն բերելով Սիրիայի քաղաքացիների համար: Այն նախատեսված է արաբական հանրապետության այն քաղաքների ու շրջանների բնակիչների համար, որոնք շրջափակված են ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների զինյալների կողմից: Պարենամթերքից ու դեղորայքից բացի, ինքնաթիռները բերել են հագուստ, դպրոցական պարագաներ, ինչպես նաեւ նվերներ երեխաների համար:
Փետրվարի 12-ին Լաթաքիայի նահանգապետ Իբրահիմ Խոդր աս Սալեմը հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական հումանիտար օգնության մի մասն արդեն ուղարկվել է ծայրահեղականների կողմից պաշարված Դեյր էզ Զոր քաղաք, իսկ մնացած մասը բաշխվել է Սիրիայի այլ քաղաքների միջեւ, ներառյալ Քեսաբը:
«Ժամանակին զբոսաշրջիկների շրջանում ժողովրդականություն վայելող այս քաղաքը հայտնվել Էր զինյալների ձեռքում: Այսօր իրավիճակն այլ է, եւ մենք շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում ՌԴ-ին այն աջակցության համար, որ նա ցուցաբերում է մեր ժողովրդին: Մենք երբեք չենք մոռանա այն սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը, որը նա որդեգրել է ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի հարցում»,- ասել է աս Սալեմը:
Առավելապես հայերով բնակեցված Քեսաբը երկու տարի առաջ ենթարկվեց «Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրա» եւ «Ախրար աշ Շամ» խմբավորումների ջոկատների գրոհներին: Այժմ Քեսաբի շրջանում ծավալված են սիրիական բանակի ստորբաժանումները: Խաղաղ տարիներին լեռնային գեղատեսիլ այս շրջանը համարվում էր երկրի հյուսիսի լավագույն առողջարաններից մեկը:
Իսլամիստների վերահսկողությունից ազատված քաղաքում կյանքն աստիճանաբար բնականոն հուն է վերադառնում: Ազատագրումից հետո սկսել են աշխատել ռեստորաններն ու խանութները: Վերականգնվել են ջրամատակարարումն ու էլեկտրամատակարարումը: Ծնողները վերջապես առանց վախի կարող են իրենց երեխաներին թույլ տալ զբոսանքի դուրս գալ:
«Հիմնական խնդիրը, որին մենք այժմ բախվում ենք, տրանսպորտի բացակայությունն է,- ասել է քաղաքի բնակչուհիներից մեկը՝ Խադիջա Մահմուդը:- Չնայած դրան մենք չենք պատրաստվում մեկնել: Սա մեր հողն է, եւ մենք այն երբեք չենք լքի: Այո, այժմ մենք դժվարություններ ունենք, բայց այդ դժվարությունները հաղթահարելի են»:
«Այն ժամանակաշրջանը, երբ քաղաքը գտնվում էր զինյալների ձեռքում, իսկական դժոխք էր մեզ համար»,- լրագրողներին պատմել է Իբրահիմ անունով հոգեւորականը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ահաբեկիչներն ավերել են առնվազն 14 տաճար: «Այժմ դրանք ակտիվորեն վերականգնվում են: Դա հնարավոր դարձավ Ռուսաստանի շնորհիվ»,- հավելել է զրուցակիցը:
