Տարվա առաջին կեսին ռուբլին կմնա կայուն, իսկ դոլարը կարժենա մոտ 80 ռուբլի, Gazeta.Ru-ի համար կանխատեսել է «Սովկոմբանկի» գլխավոր վերլուծաբան Միխայիլ Վասիլևը ։
«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ 2026 թվականի սկզբին դոլարի 90 ռուբլուց բարձրանալու ռիսկը ցածր է։ Այս սցենարի սուբյեկտիվ հավանականությունը 5-10% է։ Այս տարվա սկզբից ի վեր դոլարը թուլացել է ռուբլու նկատմամբ 24%-ով՝ 102-ից հասնելով 77 ռուբլու մեկ դոլարի դիմաց։ Սա տեղի է ունեցել, չնայած տարեսկզբից Brent նավթի գների 17%-ով անկմանը, որը կազմել է 62 դոլար մեկ բարելի դիմաց։ Ռուբլուն աջակցել են առևտրային ավելցուկը, բարձր հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը և արտարժույթի ցածր պահանջարկը (ներմուծման գնումների, կապիտալի արտահոսքի և արտաքին պարտքի մարման համար)։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ այս գործոնները կշարունակվեն մինչև 2026 թվականի սկիզբը», - նշել է Վասիլևը։
Նա ենթադրեց, որ գնաճի դանդաղմանը զուգընթաց Ռուսաստանի Բանկը կշարունակի իջեցնել հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը եռամսյակային 50 բազային կետով՝ մինչև 14% մինչև 2026 թվականի վերջը։
Վերլուծաբանը նշել է, որ հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը, չնայած ավելի ցածր է, իրական առումով կմնա բարձր, ինչը կշարունակի աջակցել ռուբլու փոխարժեքին։ Նրա 2026 թվականի կանխատեսումը ենթադրում է Brent տեսակի նավթի միջին գինը մեկ բարելի համար կկազմի 63 դոլար (այս տարվա մեկ բարելի համար 69 դոլարի համեմատ)։
Վասիլևի խոսքով՝ Կենտրոնական բանկից և Ֆինանսների նախարարության պահուստներից բյուջետային գործողությունների շրջանակներում արտարժույթի վաճառքը հաջորդ տարի կնվազի մինչև 22 միլիարդ դոլար՝ այս տարվա 33 միլիարդ դոլարի համեմատ։ Ռուբլու տոկոսադրույքից, բյուջետային գործողություններից և նավթի գներից ստացվող աջակցությունը կնվազի, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել ռուբլու չափավոր թուլացման 2026 թվականին, կարծում է փորձագետը։

Հուլիս-սեպտեմբեր՝ դոլար - 85 ռուբլի, յուան - 12.1 ռուբլի, եվրո - 101 ռուբլի;
2026 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր՝ դոլար - 88 ռուբլի, յուան - 12.6 ռուբլի, եվրո - 105 ռուբլի:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, աշխարհաքաղաքականության ցանկացած բարելավում, հավանաբար, կհանգեցնի ռուբլու ավելի բարձր փոխարժեքի, եզրակացրեց վերլուծաբանը։
Investing.com կայքի տվյալներով՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին դոլարի արժեքը գերազանցել է 79 ռուբլին, իսկ եվրոյի արժեքը՝ 92.8 ռուբլի։ Մոսկվայի բորսայում յուանի փոխարժեքը գերազանցել է 11.26 ռուբլին։
