Կանխվել է 161 կիլոգրամ «հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջnցի ՀՀ տարածքով տարանցիկ փոխադրման փորձ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակում է անզիջում պայքարը թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանով անօրինական տեղափոխման ուղղությամբ։
Օրերս «Ագարակ» սահմանային անցակետում Պետական սահմանի ցամաքային անցման կետերում մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչության աշխատակիցները ռենտգեն սարքավորման միջոցով մաքսային զննության են ենթարկել ԻԻՀ-ից ՀՀ ժամանած բեռնատար ավտոմեքենան և կցորդը։ Արդյունքում կասկածներ են առաջացել, որ Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու կողմից շահագործվող բեռնատարի կցորդի առջևի մասում առկա է գաղտնարան։ Տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցներին, որից հետո Պետական սահմանի ցամաքային անցման կետերում մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, օգտագործելով տեխնիկական միջոցներ՝ իրականացվել է բեռնատար մեքենայի և կցորդի զննությունը։ Մաքսային զննման արդյունքում նշված բեռնատարի կցորդի նախապես պատրաստված գաղտնարանից հայտնաբերվել է 161 կիլոգրամ ընդհանուր քաշով 322 հատ թափանցիկ ինքնակպչուն ժապավենով փաթաթված սև փաթեթներ՝ լցված «հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցով։
Թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգություն կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով ձերբակալվել է Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ա.Ա.-ն, ով ներկայացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Դեպքի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացին ձերբակալվել է։ Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչություն։ Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում դատարանի համապատասխան որոշման հիման վրա նրա նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է, ընտրվել կալանավորումը։ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված 161 կիլոգրամ «հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցը պետք է բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայով ՀՀ տարածքով տեղափոխվեր Վրաստան։
Ներկայում ՊԵԿ մաքսային ծառայողների և Քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են լայնածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ թմրամիջոցները ՀՀ տարածքով տեղափոխումը կազմակերպող անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
