35-ամյա գյումրեցին հոր ու կնոջ հետ թմրանյութ է տեղադրել Հրազդանի տարբեր հատվածներում

Նոյեմբերի 27-ին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ գյումրեցի մի տղամարդ ապօրինի պահում և տեղադրելու միջոցով իրացնում է թմրանյութ։
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ոստիկանները գյումրեցու վարած «Մերսեդեսը» հայտնաբերեցին Շահումյան փողոցում: 35-ամյա գյումրեցին հոր և կնոջ հետ էր, քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում արդեն տեղադրել էին թմրանյութով փաթեթներ և հեռախոսով լուսանկարել դրանք։
Ժամը 15։30-ին Հրազդան քաղաքի Րաֆֆու փողոցում գյումրեցիները ձերբակալվեցին և մեքենայով հանդերձ տեղափոխվեցին բաժին: Որդու խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց թմրամիջոցի հինգ փաթեթ։
Ըստ նրա` հայտնաբերված փաթեթներում թմրանյութ էր, որը ձեռք էր բերել տելեգրամյան ալիքի միջոցով` տեղադրելով իրացնելու նպատակով: Նա հայտնեց նաև, որ ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղին ևս կան թմրամիջոցով փաթեթներ։
Ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվեց պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, իսկ կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվեցին Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ Հրազդան քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցի հարևանությամբ գտնող կիսաքանդ պատնեշի մոտ, երեք առանձին հատվածներում, հայտնաբերվեց նրանց տեղադրած երեք փաթեթ։
Դատարանի որոշմամբ հաջորդ օրը խուզարկվեց նաև «Մերսեդեսը». սրահում հայտնաբերվեց թմրանյութով ևս 20 փաթեթ:
