Լոռու ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դահլիճում սպանության փորձ էր եղել․ նոր մանրամասներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դահլիճում, դատական նիստի ավարտից անմիջապես հետո, Ս․Ն․-ն իր մերձավոր ազգականի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Է․Դ․-ից վրեժ լուծելու շարժառիթով, վերջինիս սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, մոտեցել և իր մոտ նախապես պահած դանակով հարվածել է նրա թիկունքին՝ առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս։
Դահլիճում ծառայություն իրականացնող ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ծառայողներն Է․Դ․-ին անմիջապես հեռացրել են դատական նիստի դահլիճից, որից հետո Ս․Ն․-ն, չկարողանալով հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել, դիմել է փախուստի:
Ս․Ն․-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանության փորձը)։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում Ս.Ն.-ն հայտնաբերվել է, կալանավորվել:
2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին վերջինիս նկատմամբ կիրառվել է տնային կալանք, գրավ և բացակայելու արգելք համակցված խափանման միջոցները:
Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և ըստ էության քննության առնելու համար դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
