Շատերն են գոնե մեկ անգամ զգացել ականջում խշշոց, սուլոց կամ մշտական ֆոնային ձայն։ Այս երևույթը բժշկության մեջ կոչվում է տինիտուս և կարող է լինել ինչպես ժամանակավոր անհարմարություն, այնպես էլ օրգանիզմի առողջական խնդիրների ազդանշան։

Ականջի խշշոցը հաճախ կապված է բարձր աղմուկի ազդեցության հետ։ Երկար ժամանակ բարձր երաժշտություն լսելը, ականջակալների հաճախակի օգտագործումը կամ աղմկոտ միջավայրում գտնվելը կարող են վնասել լսողական նյարդը և առաջացնել խշշոց։

Մեկ այլ տարածված պատճառ է ականջի խցանումը՝ ծծումբի կուտակման կամ օտար մարմնի հետևանքով։ Այս դեպքում ձայնային ալիքները նորմալ չեն անցնում, ինչի արդյունքում առաջանում է աղմուկի զգացում։

Ականջի խշշոց կարող են առաջացնել նաև մրսածությունն ու քթի փակվածությունը, սինուսիտը կամ միջին ականջի բորբոքումները։ Այս վիճակներում խախտվում է ճնշման հավասարակշռությունը, ինչը ազդում է լսողության վրա։

Բավական հաճախ խշշոցը կապված է արյան ճնշման փոփոխությունների հետ՝ թե՛ բարձր, թե՛ ցածր։ Արյան շրջանառության խանգարումները, հատկապես գլխի և պարանոցի շրջանում, նույնպես կարող են առաջացնել նման զգացողություն։

Չպետք է անտեսել նաև սթրեսը, հոգնածությունը և քնի պակասը։ Նյարդային լարվածությունը կարող է ուժեղացնել կամ նույնիսկ առաջացնել տինիտուս՝ առանց ուղիղ ականջային խնդրի։

Որոշ դեպքերում ականջի խշշոցը կարող է լինել դեղամիջոցների կողմնակի ազդեցություն, հատկապես՝ ցավազրկողների կամ նյարդային համակարգի վրա ազդող միջոցների երկարատև օգտագործման դեպքում։

Երբ է անհրաժեշտ բժշկի դիմել

Մասնագետի օգնությունը պարտադիր է, եթե ականջի խշշոցը տևական է, ուժեղանում է կամ ուղեկցվում է լսողության նվազումով, գլխապտույտով, ցավով կամ քնի խանգարումներով։ Հանկարծակի առաջացած և արագ չանցնող խշշոցը նույնպես պահանջում է բժշկական գնահատում։

Բժիշկները նշում են, որ ժամանակին պարզված պատճառը թույլ է տալիս կանխել լուրջ բարդությունները և վերականգնել կյանքի բնական ռիթմը։
