«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն այս օրերին ինտենսիվ նիստեր է գումարում և քննարկում են Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների ընտրական ցուցակի համար հայտ ներկայացրած մարդկանց գրանցելու կամ չգրանցելու հարցը։ Փաշինյանը երեկ այդպիսի վերտառությամբ տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որում երևում է, որ մի քանի տասնյակ թեկնածուների հարցաքննել են վարչության նիստի ընթացքում։ Կուսակցությունն, իհարկե, չի հայտնում, թե ում են թողել ընտրական ցուցակում և ում գրանցումն են մերժել, բայց արդեն իսկ հայտնի է, որ հայտնի որոշ քպականներ դուրս են մնում ընտրական ցուցակից։

Ինչպես և ի սկզբանե կանխատեսել էինք, Փաշինյանը ընտրական ցուցակի ձևավորման այս համակարգն օգտագործելու է ընդամենը մեկ բանի համար, որպեսզի իրեն անցանկալի անձանց խոտանի, դուրս թողնի ընտրական ցուցակից, իսկ պատասխանատվությունն էլ բարդի վարչության վրա, նույն այն վարչության, որը ամբողջությամբ ձևավորվել է հենց Փաշինյանի տված ցուցակներով, և նրա ցանկությամբ առնվազն մի քանի տասնյակ գործող պատգամավորներ պարզապես դուրս կմնան ընտրական ցուցակներից, ընդ որում, խոսքը հիմնականում տղամարդ թեկնածուների մասին է, քանի որ մեր տեղեկություններով 380 այդ թեկնածուների մեջ կանայք չափազանց փոքր տոկոս են ներկայացնում, մոտավորապես 15 տոկոսի չափով և որոշվել է առնվազն կանանց ձեռք չտալ, 1–2 բացառություններով, որոնց ևս խոտանելու են։

Ի դեպ, ցուցակից նույնիսկ կարող են դուրս մնալ մարդիկ, որոնք վարչության անդամներ են։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, կոնկրետ օրը կայանալիք քաստինգից առաջ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է զրուցում կամ հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկում վարչության որոշ անդամների՝ հանձնարարելով քվեարկել այս կամ այն կերպ։
