Գյումրու ռուսական ռազմաբազայում կշարունակվի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը

Գյումրու ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում փետրվարի 12-ին կշարունակվի Ավետիսյանների յոթ հոգանոց ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով արտագնա դատական նիստը: Այս անգամ ևս, ինչպես նախորդ երկու դատական նիստերի ընթացքում, դատաքննական փուլի շրջանակներում կհարցաքննվեն գործով վկաները:
Նիստի ժամանակ կշարունակվեն գործով այն վկաների հարցաքննությունները, ովքեր կապ ունեն Պերմյակովի որոնողական, հայտնաբերման ու ձերբակալման գործընթացի հետ: Այս մասով առայժմ ներգրավված է 16 վկա: Դատական անցած նիստի ժամանակ դատարանը հասցրեց հարցաքննել Գյումրիում տեղակայված սահմանապահ ջոկատի սպա Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանին, նույն ջոկատի կապավոր Գագիկ Խաչատրյանին, որոնողական շներ վարժեցնող Հրայր Մախսուդյանին և ուղեկալի պահակ, Երազգավորս գյուղի բնակիչ Աշոտ Ալեքսանյանին: Այս բոլոր վկաները ներկայացրեցին Պերմյակովի որոնողական աշխատանքների, նրա հայտնաբերման, ձերբակալման մանրամասները:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան` ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանցմահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից: Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջէր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-< i>ծակողգործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն,այնուհետև յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
