2027 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքը Ստեփանավանն է
SOCIETYՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունում կայացել է «ՀՀ 2027 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք մրցույթի» հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ, մրցութային հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը:
2027 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի տիտղոսի համար հայտ էին ներկայացրել Վեդի (Արարատի մարզ), Ստեփանավան (Լոռու մարզ), Գորիս (Սյունիքի մարզ), Վաղարշապատ (Արմավիրի մարզ) և Մասիս (Արարատի մարզ) քաղաքները։
Ըստ փորձագիտական գնահատման և կարճ հաղորդագրությամբ (SMS) քվեարկության արդյունքների՝ Հայաստանի 2027 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք է հռչակվել Ստեփանավանը:
ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հայտատու քաղաքներին ակտիվության համար և նշել մրցույթին մասնակցելու կարևորությունը:
Ըստ նրա՝ «Երիտասարդական քաղաքականության մասին» օրենքով սահմանվել է՝ Հայաստանի բոլոր համայնքներում պետք է ստեղծվեն երիտասարդական կենտրոններ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն երիտասարդների կարիքների բացահայտմանը, նրանց ներուժի զարգացմանը, հետաքրքրությունների և նախընտրությունների իրացմանը. «Օրենքի այս կետը կխթանի, որպեսզի ՏԻՄ-երը «Երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք» մրցույթին դիմելիս նոր հայացքով դիտարկեն իրենց համայնքի հնարավորությունները»:
Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է՝ ԱՊՀ երիտասարդության հարցերով խորհուրդը՝ Հայաստանի նախագահությամբ, քննարկել և հաստատել է՝ 2026 թվականին «ԱՊՀ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքը» Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքն է: Առաջիկա տարում ԱՊՀ երիտասարդական խորհրդի նիստը տեղի կունենա Կապանում՝ անդամ երկրների մասնակցությամբ։ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ այս համատեքստում որոշվել է 2026 թ. Հայաստանի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք դիտարկել Կապան քաղաքը՝ կոչ անելով Ստեփանավանին և բոլոր մյուս համայնքներին՝ մեկտեղելու ջանքերը ԱՊՀ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք Կապանում 2026 թ․ տարածաշրջանային բնույթի միջոցառումներն արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ՝ ավելի տեսանելի ու ճանաչելի դարձնելու Հայաստանը:
«Ինչպես և նախընթաց երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքների պարագայում, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը կուղղորդի այլ պետական կառույցների, ինչպես նաև գործընկեր քաղաքացիական հասարակության և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ռեսուրսները, որպեսզի Ստեփանավանն առավելագույնս հաջողի 2027 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի իր դերակատարման մեջ»,- ասել է Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը՝ շնորհավորելով Ստեփանավանին երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք հռչակվելու կապակցությամբ:
Փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց դիտարկումները հայտատու քաղաքների վերաբերյալ և ընդգծել, որ յուրաքանչյուրն ունեցել է ուժեղ և թույլ կողմեր:
Հաղթող ճանաչված Ստեփանավան քաղաքի ներկայացուցիչը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ծրագրին մասնակցելու հնարավորության համար և ընդգծել, որ երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքի տիտղոսի նվաճումը պարտավորեցնող է։
