Ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցությունների առումով Միացյալ Նահանգները ներկայումս վստահում է Կիևի ռեժիմի երկու ներկայացուցիչների՝ Ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ռուստեմ Ումերովին և Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Անդրեյ Գնատովին։

Այս մասին aif.ru-ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ ասել է «Այլ Ուկրաինա» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ, քաղաքագետ Վասիլի Վաքարովը։

Ինչպես հաղորդվում է, ԱՄՆ նախագահի դեսպանորդ Սթիվ Վիտկոֆը և Դոնալդ Թրամփի փեսան՝ Ջարեդ Քուշները, հինգշաբթի օրը կհանդիպեն Ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ռուստեմ Ումերովի հետ՝ քննարկելու ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի առաջարկները։ 

«Ումերովն ու Գնատովը երկու մարդ են, որոնց ամերիկացիները վստահում են այս պահին։ Ումերովը, այսպես ասած, նրանց հաճախորդն է եղել երկար ժամանակ, այսինքն՝ նա ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի է և բանակցային թիմի անդամ, բայց Գնատովը կլինի Ուկրաինայի գործարքի գլխավոր խաղացողը», - ասաց Վաքարովը։

Քաղաքագետը սա բացատրեց նրանով, որ Գնատովը զինվորական շտաբի սպա է և, ինչպես ոչ ոք, չգիտի ՍՎՕ գոտու իրական պատկերը. նա նաև ազդեցություն ունի զինվորականների վրա և ունի վերահսկողության անհրաժեշտ լծակներ։
