Ուկրաինան կհրաժարվի ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելուց՝ անվտանգության երաշխիքների դիմաց. Զելենսկի

Ուկրաինան կհրաժարվի ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական դաշինքին միանալու իր նպատակից՝ արևմտյան անվտանգության երաշխիքների դիմաց՝ որպես Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմը դադարեցնելու փոխզիջում։ Այս մասին կիրակի հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, երբ Բեռլինում մեկնարկել են խաղաղության բանակցությունները, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Զելենսկին այս զիջման մասին հայտնել է Գերմանիայի մայրաքաղաք ճանապարհին, որտեղ սկսել է հանդիպումները ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի բանագնաց Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆի և նրա փեսա Ջարեդ Քուշների հետ՝ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից ի վեր Եվրոպայում ամենաարյունալի հակամարտությունը դադարեցնելու ջանքերի շրջանակում։
Այս քայլը կարևոր տեղաշարժ է նշանավորում Ուկրաինայի համար, որը պայքարում էր ՆԱՏՕ-ին միանալու համար՝ որպես Ռուսաստանի հարձակումներից պաշտպանություն, և այդ ձգտումը ներառել էր իր սահմանադրության մեջ, ընդգծում է լրատվամիջոցը։
Սա նաև համապատասխանում է Ռուսաստանի ռազմական նպատակներից մեկին, թեև Կիևը մինչև այժմ վճռականորեն դեմ է արտահայտվել Մոսկվային տարածքներ հանձնելուն։
Զելենսկին հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչների հետ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Ֆրիդրիխ Մերցի կազմակերպած բանակցություններում։ Ըստ աղբյուրի, Մերցը հանդես է եկել կարճ դիտարկումներով՝ նախքան կողմերին բանակցությունների համար առանձին թողնելը։ Եվրոպական այլ առաջնորդներ նույնպես պետք է երկուշաբթի ժամանեն Գերմանիա՝ բանակցությունների համար։ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցության փոխարեն Միացյալ Նահանգների, Եվրոպայի և մյուս գործընկերների կողմից անվտանգության երաշխիքները փոխզիջում են Ուկրաինայի կողմից, հայտարարել է Զելենսկին կիրակնօրյա քննարկումներից առաջ։
«Սկզբից ևեթ Ուկրաինան ցանկանում էր միանալ ՆԱՏՕ-ին, դրանք անվտանգության իրական երաշխիքներ են։ ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրոպայի որոշ գործընկերներ չաջակցեցին այդ ուղղությանը»,- ասել է նա՝ WhatsApp-ի զրույցում պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին։ «Այսպիսով, այսօր Ուկրաինայի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև անվտանգության երկկողմ երաշխիքները, ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից մեզ համար 5-րդ հոդվածի նմանվող երաշխիքները և եվրոպացի գործընկերների, ինչպես նաև այլ երկրների՝ Կանադայի, Ճապոնիայի կողմից անվտանգության երաշխիքները հնարավորություն են՝ կանխելու ռուսաստանյան ևս մեկ ներխուժում։ Եվ դա արդեն փոխզիջում է մեր կողմից»,- ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ անվտանգության երաշխիքները պետք է լինեն իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող։
Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը բազմիցս պահանջել է, որ Ուկրաինան պաշտոնապես հրաժարվի ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ կապված հավակնություններից և դուրս բերի զորքերը Դոնբասի տարածքի մոտ 10 տոկոսից, որը դեռ վերահսկում է Կիևը։ Մոսկվան նաև հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինան պետք է լինի չեզոք երկիր, և որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ոչ մի զորք չի կարող տեղակայվել Ուկրաինայում։
