Հայաստանյան իրավապահները 4 օր անց հայտարարել են, որ նախկին պատգամավոր Միհրան Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ կատարված հանցագործության գործով 4 անձ ձերբակալվել է։ Հիշեցնենք, դեկտեմբերի 8-ին «Դալմա մոլի» ետնամասում հարձակում էր տեղի ունեցել ընդդիմադիր գործչի վրա․ 4 դիմակավորված անձինք հարձակվել էին, թիկունքից հարվածներ հասցրել, ապա՝ մեքենայով փախուստի դիմել։ Միհրան Հակոբյանին տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց՝ բավականին լուրջ վնասվածքներով։ Ըստ իրավապահների՝ 4 անձ է ձերբակալվել։

Քննչական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքը նախապես պլանավորվել է, դրա կատարման համար ձեռք են բերվել միջոցներ, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային միջոց և կեղծ համարանիշ, որից հետո ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած անձինք դարանակալել, հետապնդել են նրան և իրականացրել դիտավորությունը։ Քննչականը, իհարկե, չի հայտնում հանցանքի դրդապատճառները․ ինչո՞ւ պետք է 4 անձինք նման միջոցներ ծախսեին, մեքենա ու կեղծ համարանիշ ձեռք բերեին, դարանակալեին, ժամեր շարունակ հետապնդեին և հանցագործություն կատարեին։

Ըստ մամուլի՝ հարձակման հետևում կարող են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ լինել, որոնց վերաբերյալ Միհրան Հակոբյանը վերջերս մի քանի գրառում էր արել։ Բայց և վստահաբար կարելի է նշել, որ ընդամենը այս ծեծի գործը բարդվելու է 4 կատարողների վրա, իսկ որևէ պատվիրատու այս դեպքով չի հայտնաբերվելու։ Եվ արդյունքում հերթական անգամ արձանագրվելու է արդարադատության բռնաբարումը՝ փաշինյանական իշխանության կողմից։
