Իշխանությունն ընդդեմ Եկեղեցու. վերջին անկախ ամրոցի գրոհը

Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ պետական ճնշումը վերջին ամիսներին դարձել է բացահայտ և համակարգված։ Այն, ինչ սկսվեց որպես առանձին քննադատություններ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի հասցեին, այսօր արդեն վերածվել է կոնկրետ ծրագրի՝ փոխել եկեղեցու առաջնորդին և այն դարձնել կառավարությանը ենթակա կառույց։ Իշխանությունը փորձում է օգտագործել այն հանգամանքը, որ Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսը երկար ժամանակ չի գումարել Ազգային Եկեղեցական Խորհուրդը՝ այդպիսով ստեղծելով կանոնադրական խախտման տեսք և հիմք՝ նրան հեռացնելու համար։
Իրական նպատակը, սակայն, ավելի խորն է։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմին անհրաժեշտ է կառավարելի հոգևոր առաջնորդ, որը չի հակադրվի իշխանության քաղաքական օրակարգին և պատրաստ կլինի եկեղեցու ամբիոնից հնչեցնել կառավարամետ ուղերձներ։ Եկեղեցին այսօր մնում է Հայաստանում վերջին խոշոր ինստիտուտը, որը դեռևս չի ենթարկվում գործադիր իշխանության ուղղակի վերահսկողությանը և կարողանում է անկախ կերպով արտահայտվել ներքին ու արտաքին սպառնալիքների մասին։ Հենց այդ անկախությունն է, որ խիստ անհանգստացնում է իշխանությանը։
Այս ճնշումների ամենավառ դրսևորումներից մեկը հայտնի բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքն է, որն արդեն տևում է 177 օր։ Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին կայացած ասուլիսում նրա փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը բաց տեքստով հայտարարեց. «Սամվել Կարապետյանի գործով իրավունք և օրենք ընդհանրապես չի գործում։ Սա քաղաքական հետապնդում է և վրեժխնդրություն։ Փաստացի՝ նա քաղաքական պատանդի կարգավիճակ ունի»։
Փաստաբանը հիշեցրեց, որ գործի մեկնարկը կապված է անմիջապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հունիսի 17-ի հրապարակային գրառման հետ։ Հենց այդ գրառումից հետո գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը ներկայացրեց հաղորդում, իսկ քննիչը շարունակում է կատարել այդ «պատվերը»։ Կալանքի երկարաձգման որոշումները կայացվում են առանց որևէ հիմնավոր փաստարկի, ինչը վկայում է դատական համակարգի լիակատար ենթարկվածության մասին։
Սամվել Կարապետյանը երկար տարիներ եղել է Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար խոշորագույն բարերարներից մեկը։ Նրա հիմնադրամները միլիոնավոր դոլարներ են ծախսել եկեղեցիների կառուցման, վերանորոգման և սոցիալական ծրագրերի վրա։ Կալանքը շատերի համար ընկալվում է որպես ուղիղ ազդակ բոլոր այն գործարարներին և բարերարներին, ովքեր աջակցում են եկեղեցուն և չեն ընդունում իշխանության ներկայիս քաղաքականությունը։
Իշխանության այս գործողությունները տեղի են ունենում այն պայմաններում, երբ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ ծանր արտաքին սպառնալիքների առջև։ Եկեղեցու թուլացումը և նրա անկախ ձայնի լռեցումը խիստ վտանգավոր են հենց պետության անվտանգության համար։ Վերջին անկախ ամրոցի գրոհը կարող է ավարտվել ոչ միայն եկեղեցու, այլև ողջ հայկական պետականության թուլացմամբ։
