Գործարար Սամվել Կարպետյանի պաշտպանական խումբը մամուլի ասուլիս է հրավիրել։ Փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանի հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք կետերով․

Սամվել Կարապետյանը կալանքի տակ է արդեն 177 օր, նման խայտառակ ապօրինի կալանքը ոչ միայն գրված նորմերին է հակասում, այլև չգրված՝ մարդկային, բարոյական արժեքներին։

Միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող բազմաթիվ գործիչներ խոսում են Սամվել Կարապետյանի մասին։ Եթե կա կարծիք, որ այս ամենը հետևանք չի ունենալու, սխալվում է։ Ցավալի է, որ պատասխանը վրա է հասնում Հայաստանին, ոչ թե կոնկրետ անձանց։

Սամվել Կարապետյանին որպես քաղաքական պատանդ պահելը նպատակ ուներ․ մեր ինքնության, Մայր Աթոռի նկատմամբ կա միջամտության, նվաստացնելու ուղիղ քաղաքական որոշում։ Սամվել Կարապետյանն այո՛, խոչընդոտ է նման վարքագծին։

Մայր Աթոռը պաշտպանելը Հայաստանում ոչ իրավաչափ երևո՞ւյթ է դարձել, «Մեր ձևով կմասնակցենք Մայր Աթոռի պաշտպանությանը» խոսքը հանգեցնում է 177 օր կալանքի։

Երկրորդը ՀԷՑ-ին էր վերաբերվում․ որոշվեց զրկել լիցենզիայից և պետք էր բանակցել, իսկ հնարավո՞ր է կալանավորված մարդու հետ բանակցել։

Սամվել Կարապետյանին մեղսագրվող արարքները վեր են աբսուրդից։ Սամվել Կարապետյանն Արցախի հետ ունեցել է այն աստիճան կապ, որ Ադրբեջանի իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հետախուզվում է 2021 թվականի հունիսի 18-ից։ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 18-ից գտնվում է ՀՀ բանտում։ Որևէ այլ ձևով Արցախի հետ Սամվել Կարապետյանին կապելու փորձը ճիշտ չէ, մարդկային չէ, բոլոր կարմիր գծերից դուրս է։
