2.5 ամիս առաջ գրել էի, թե ինչպես են մեքենաները տարբեր պատճառներով հայտնվում ՆԳՆ տուգանային հրապարակներում և թալանվում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Կոնկրետ դեպքով էի գրել (լինկը քոմենթներում կդնեմ) ու այդ ժամանակ նշածս մեքենան արդեն 10 ամիս ՆԳՆ Աբովյանի ոստիկանության տուգանային հրապարակվում էր ու այդ ընթացքում պետհամարանիշից սկսած թալանվել էր:
Գրառումիցս հետո 2.5 ամիս է անցել, սակայն քննչականն ու ոստիկանությունը տեղից շարժվելու փոխարեն շարունակում են հանցավոր անգործություն դրսևորել, իսկ նշածս մեքենան, որի տուգանային հրապարակում գտնվելու արդեն մեկ տարին է լրանում, կրկին ու վերջնական թալանվել է:
