Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը շահագրգիռ չէ գերիների վերադարձով

Ադրբեջանում ավարտին է մոտենում Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության դատավարությունը։ Նախկին նախագահների և այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների փաստաբանները դատարանում ընդամենը հերթապահ հայտարարություններ են արել՝ կոչ անելով արդարացնել իրենց պաշտպանյալներին, բայց փաստն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը շինծու դատավարությամբ և կեղծիքներով ամեն ինչ արել է ոչ միայն այդ անձանց դատապարտելու, այլ նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ նյութեր հավաքելու նպատակով։ Մինչդեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա իշխանությունը որևէ քայլ չեն կատարում հայ ռազմագերիներին վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Ավելին, Բեռլինում անդրադառնալով 23 հայ գերիների հարցին՝ Փաշինյանը պնդել է, որ այս խնդիրը կարող է լուծվել միայն խաղաղության հաստատմամբ և փոքր քայլերով։
«Սա շատ զգայուն հարց է, մեր դիրքորոշումը հետևյալն է, որ այս խնդիրը կհասցեագրվի ավելի հեշտորեն համագործակցության և խաղաղության մթնոլորտում, քան՝ հակամարտության մթնոլորտում»,- հայտարարել է Հայաստանի վարչապետը։ «Հակամարտության մթնոլորտում հնարավոր չէ հասցեագրել այս խնդիրը։ Բայց քանի որ մենք ընթանում ենք խաղաղության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ, ավելի ու ավելի իրատեսական է դառնում փոքր քայլերով այդ խնդրի լուծումը։ Դա է մեր դիրքորոշումը, ուստի խաղաղություն հաստատելը նշանակում է լուծել այլ խնդիրները նույնպես։ Դա է մեր ընկալումը»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Ըստ էության՝ գործող իշխանություններն ամենևին էլ շահագրգռված չեն ռազմագերիների վերադարձով՝ վստահ լինելով, որ նրանք գալուց հետո բավականին ամրապնդելու են ընդդիմադիր թևը, ուստի և ջանքեր չեն գործադրում վերջիններիս վերադարձի ուղղությամբ, իսկ մարդիկ արդեն 5 կամ 3 տարի շարունակ տառապում են ադրբեջանական բանտերում։
