Հանրապետության հրապարակի շենքի լավագույն օգտագործման վերլուծությունը կիրականացնի «Cushman & Wakefield»-ի ներկայացուցիչը․ կառավարությունը միջոցներ կհատկացնի

Դեկտեմբերի 13-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի ենթակայությամբ գործող «Ռիփաբլիք Պլազա» ԲԲԸ-ին 80,166,700 ՀՀ դրամ հատկացնելու վերաբերյալ նախագծին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեից:
Երևանի Նալբանդյան 28 հասցեում (Հանրապետության հրապարակ) գտնվող 7809.9 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով շենքը և դրա զբաղեցրած 0.262 հա հողամասը կառավարման է հանձնվել «Ռիփաբլիք Պլազա» ԲԲԸ-ին՝ հետագայում դրա մասնավորեցման գործընթացն իրականացնելու նպատակով։
Նախքան այդ, շենքի լավագույն և արդյունավետ օգտագործման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ ամբողջական և համապարփակ գնահատում իրականացնելու նպատակով 2025 թվականին ընկերության կողմից հայտարարվել է խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման երկփուլ մրցույթ։ Մրցույթի նախաորակավորման փուլին մասնակցել է 13 կազմակերպություն (այդ թվում՝ 2 արտասահմանյան), որոնցից 12-ը հաղթահարել են նախաորակավորումը։ Արդյունքում, մրցույթի հաղթող է ճանաչվել անշարժ գույքի կառավարման ոլորտում համաշխարհային առաջատար ընկերություններից մեկի՝ «Cushman & Wakefield»-ի լիցենզավորված ներկայացուցիչ «Վերիտաս Բրաուն» ՍՊԸ-ն։
Կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ, համաձայնագրի կնքումից հետո «Վերիտաս Բրաուն» ՍՊԸ-ն 9 ամսվա ընթացքում կներկայացնի գույքի կառավարման, տնօրինման լավագույն տարբերակների վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ և մասնագիտական եզրակացություն։
Նալբանդյան 28 հասցեում գտնվող շենքը հանդիսանում է պատմամշակութային հուշարձան և դրա օգտագործման ցանկացած լուծում պետք է համապատասխանեցվի «Պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ու օգտագործման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի դրույթներին։
