1990-ականների «Շագիվալեևսկիե» հանցախմբի առաջնորդները Կոմիում կկանգնեն դատարանի առջև

«Շագիվալեևսկիե» հանցախմբի երկու ենթադրյալ առաջնորդները, որոնք 1991 թվականից գործել են տարածաշրջանում 14 տարի շարունակ, Կոմիում կկանգնեն դատարանի առջև, գրում է Коммерсантъ»-ը:
Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ 1991-1992 թվականներին Կոմիի երկու բնակիչներ Վորկուտայում ավազակախումբ են ստեղծել և գործարարներից գումար և գույք են շորթել՝ քրեական պաշտպանության դիմաց, «Коммерсантъ»-ին հայտնել է Կոմիի դատախազի ավագ օգնական Նատալյա Սպիրիդոնովան։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեին Նրանց դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցել՝ ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 209-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ավազակային հարձակում) և 209-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի «ա», «գ» և «ը» կետերի, ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 105-րդ հոդվածի (կազմակերպված խմբի կատարած երկուսից ավելի անձանց սպանություն), ՌՍՖՍՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 102-րդ հոդվածի 15-րդ հոդվածի և «զ» և «ն» կետերի (երկու անձանց սպանության փորձ), ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 163-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (շորթում) և ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 222-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (զենքի և զինամթերքի անօրինական շրջանառություն) հատկանիշներով։
Պարբերականի աղբյուրի տվյալներով՝ հանցագործությունները կատարվել են գործով անցնող երկու կասկածյալների ղեկավարությամբ և նրանց անձնական մասնակցությամբ։
«1993 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Վորկուտայում սպանվել է առևտրային ձեռնարկության տնօրենը, իսկ նրա կինը և վարորդը ծանր վիրավորվել են։ Մեկ այլ գործարար սպանվել է 1996 թվականի ապրիլին։ 1995 թվականի մայիսին սպանվել է մրցակից խմբավորման անդամ Իֆա-Կոզլովը, իսկ 1997 թվականի մարտին Մոսկվայում խմբավորումը սպանել է այդ խմբավորման առաջնորդին և նրա կնոջը»,- պարզաբանել է Կոմիի դատախազության ներկայացուցիչը։ Քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է Կոմիի Գերագույն դատարան։
Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ Իֆա-Կոզլովի կազմակերպած հանցավոր խմբի հետ ազդեցության համար մղվող հանցավոր պատերազմի ընթացքում խմբավորման շատ անդամներ սպանվել են, իսկ մի քանիսը հեռացել են։ Նրա առաջնորդները Մոսկվա տեղափոխվելուց հետո «Շագիվալեևսկիե» հանցախումբը 2005 թվականի դեկտեմբերին մոտ դադարել է գոյություն ունենալ։
