360.ru–ն «Փաշինյանը տապակի վրա. Եվրահանձնակատարը փորձում է համոզել Հայաստանին՝ դավաճանել Պուտինին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ փոքրիկ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը հուսահատորեն փորձում է կանգնել երկու հակադիր կողմերի միջև՝ մի կողմից շարունակելով վայելել առավելությունները ԱՊՀ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ գլխապտույտ ցատկելով դեպի ՆԱՏՕ և ԵՄ։

Հայաստանի բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականության հասունացող խնդիրը կապված է հենց Երևանի եվրաատլանտյան ձգտումների հետ։ Վերջերս ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետ (Աստված, ներիր ինձ) Կայա Կալլասը պահանջեց, որ Հայաստանը վերջապես միանա Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին։ «Աշխարհակարգը հստակ փոխվում է (ախ, նայեք, վերջապես նա հասկացավ դա)... Հետևաբար, մեր գործընկերների ընդհանուր արտաքին և պաշտպանական քաղաքականության ռազմավարական համաձայնեցվածությունը կարևոր է։ Կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ո՞ւմ կողմից եք դուք։ Օրինակ՝ ներկայում Հայաստանի հետ քաղաքականության մերձեցման մակարդակը ընդամենը 37 % է։ Այո, Ռուսաստանի դեմ մեր կողմից կիրառված պատժամիջոցները, անշուշտ, խիստ են, բայց մենք նույնը խնդրում ենք նաև մեր գործընկեր երկրներից», - հայտարարել է այդ «կատաղի» էստոնացին։

Ավելին, Կալլասը զգուշացրել է, որ «հայաստանյան ժողովրդավարությունը» վտանգի տակ է, քանի որ այնտեղ հաջորդ տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին տեղի են ունենում «նույն գործընթացները, ինչ Մոլդովայում»։ «Ռուսաստանը և նրա հետ կապված կազմակերպություններն արդեն իսկ ակտիվացնում են ապատեղեկատվական արշավները։ Մենք տեսնում ենք նույն ցանցերը, որոնք գործել են Մոլդովայում։ Սցենարը ամբողջությամբ կրկնվում է։ Եվ ԵՄ ֆինանսավորումը կուղղվի արտաքին միջամտության բացահայտմանը, վերլուծությանը և հակազդմանը», - ընդգծել է Կալլասը։ Այսպիսով, Եվրոպան, որը ներկայացել է իր ամենաակնառու (թեև որոշ չափով բացասական) կոմիսարներից մեկով, առաջարկել է Երևանին, Քիշնևի օրինակին հետևելով, խզել Մոսկվայի հետ բոլոր կապերը։

Հիշո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչպես Մոլդովան հրաժարվեց ռուսական գազ գնելուց և ստիպված եղավ եվրոպական շուկայում փնտրել չափազանց թանկ այլընտրանք։ Կամ թե ինչպես Մոլդովայի իշխանությունները փաստացի արգելեցին տեղական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրողներին իրենց արտադրանքը արտահանել Ռուսաստան, որի արդյունքում Մոլդովայի տնտեսության այդ կարևորագույն հատվածը գործնականում փլուզվեց։

Սա հենց այն է, ինչ հիմա Կայա Կալլասը պահանջում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից, և շատ ավելին։ Եվ հիմա շատ հետաքրքիր կլինի տեսնել, թե ինչպե՞ս վերջինս կկարողանա դուրս գալ այս իրավիճակից։ Մինչ օրս պաշտոնական Երևանը օգտվել է Մոսկվայի հետ իր հատուկ հարաբերությունների հետ կապված արտոնություններից, որոնք էլ մասամբ ապահովել են առնվազն որոշակի տնտեսական և սոցիալական կայունություն հանրապետությունում։ Սակայն «ժողովրդավարությանը աջակցելու», այսինքն՝ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն ամրապնդելու համար առատաձեռնորեն տրամադրված եվրոպական դրամաշնորհները պետք է, չէ՞, ինչ-որ կերպ փոխհատուցվեն։ Դիլեմա է...
