Երեկ հերթական հարձակումն է տեղի ունեցել ընդդիմադիր գործչի վրա։ Մի խումբ տղամարդիկ «Դալմա մոլ»-ի ետնամասում հարձակվել են նախկին պատգամավոր, ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Միհրան Հակոբյանի վրա, դաժան հարվածներ հասցրել և փախուստի դիմել։ Հակոբյանին տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց՝ քթի կոտրվածքով և գլխին հասցված հարվածներով։ Նա առայժմ իր հետ կատարվածի վերաբերյալ չի խոսել, չի հայտնել, թե ինչի հետ կարող է կապված լինել հարձակումը, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ Հակոբյանը անձնական թշնամիներ չուներ, և հարձակումը ակնհայտորեն կապված է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և իշխանության որոշ ներկայացուցիչների հասցեին նրա ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների հետ։

Թեպետ ոստիկանությունը հարձակումից րոպեներ անց եղել է դեպքի վայրում և հետաքննությունը իրականացրել, բայց և, ըստ ականատեսների, բավականին փնթի են իրականացնում հետաքննությունը, քրեական գործ հարուցվել է, բայց առայժմ որևէ կասկածյալ գոյություն չունի, ավելին, մամուլում տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել, թե ծեծի կազմակերպիչն ու պատվիրատուն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից մեկն է, որը չի հանդուրժել իր հասցեին Միհրան Հակոբյանի հայտարարությունները։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, նշելով, թե բռնությունը տեղ չունի Հայաստանում։ «Բռնության կոչ անողները և բռնության դիմողները պետք է բացահայտվեն, արժանանան թե՛ քաղաքական, թե՛ իրավական գնահատականի»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։ Մինչդեռ հենց նրա ենթակայությամբ գործող ոստիկանությունն է, որ առանձնապես լուրջ ջանքեր չի գործադրում դեպքը բացահայտելու, և եթե այդ դեպքն ամբողջությամբ չբացահայտվի, մեղավորները պատասխանատվության չենթարկեն, սա ևս հերթական անգամ մնալու է Փաշինյանի պատասխանատվության վրա։ Իսկ այն, որ գործող իշխանությունների օրոք ստեղծվել է մի այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին դաժանաբար ծեծի են ենթարկում, այլևս կասկածից վեր է։
