1. Վրաստանում թոշակային համակարգը պարզ է, Հայաստանում՝ խճճված
Վրաստանը քաղաքացուն ասում է՝
«70 տարեկանում ստանում ես 415 լարի։ Բոլորը՝ հավասար»։

Հայաստանում քաղաքացուն ասում են՝

Մարդիկ չեն վստահում համակարգին, որովհետև կան փոփոխություններ, ու չկա միանշանակ, պարզ մոդել։
4. Վրաստանում թոշակները պակաս են, բայց մարդը նախապես գիտի, թե ինչ է ստանալու
Եթե մի բան Վրաստանի համակարգում ուժեղ է՝ դա թափանցիկությունն է։
Մարդը գիտի՝ ինչ գումար կստանա իր կյանքի վերջին տարիներին։
Հայաստանում ամեն ինչ կախված է քաղաքական կամքից՝ ոչ օրենքից, ոչ մոդելից։
5. Հայաստանը՝ ամենացածր թոշակով երկիրն է տարածաշրջանում
Հայաստանում թոշակը չի փակում անգամ կոմունալների կեսը։
Մարդը ապրում է սննդի, դեղերի, գույքահարկի ճնշման տակ։
Եվ ամեն անգամ լսում է նույն նախադասությունը՝
«գումար չկա»։
Մինչդեռ նույն իշխանությունն առանց խնդիր փող է գտնում PR–ի, շոուների, ավտոպարկի, խորհրդականների, փառատոնների, անվերջ շղթայի համար։
6. Վրաստանը գոնե չի խաբում սեփական թոշակառուին
Վրաստանի կառավարությունը չի ասում քաղաքացուն՝ «Մեր բյուջեն պայթում է, մի կոպեկ չկա»։
Նրանք ասում են՝
«Ահա այսքան կարող ենք տալ. ավելի շատ չենք ակտուալ դարձնում, բայց սա մեր մակարդակն է»։
Հայաստանում՝
«չկա»,
«կզբաղվենք հաջորդ տարի»,
«թոշակային համակարգը բալային է և արդար»,
ինչին մարդիկ այլևս չեն հավատում։
Իմիջայլոց ,2024–2025 թվականների տվյալներով Հայաստան (ՀՀ) և Վրաստան երկրների «մեկ մարդու հաշվով ՀՆԱ» (GDP per capita) համեմատությունը հետևյալն է։
