Արամ Ա Վեհափառ Հայրապետը հանդիպել է Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության նախագահ Նիկոս Խրիստոդուլիդիսի հետ․
«Այս առաւօտ` Երկուշաբթի, 8 Դեկտեմբեր 2025-ին, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ Արամ Ա. Վեհափառ Հայրապետը հանդիպում ունեցաւ Կիպրոսի նախագահ Նիքոս Քրիստոտուլիտէսի հետ։ Հանդիպման Նորին Սրբութեան կողքին ներկայ էին Կիպրոսի Հայոց Թեմի կաթողիկոսական փոխանորդ Գերշ. Տ. Կոմիտաս Արք. Օհանեան, Կիպրոսի պետական երեսփոխան Վարդգէս Մահտեսեան, Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիոյ Կաթողիկոսութեան Կեդրոնական Վարչութեան Քաղաքական Ժողովի համա-ատենապետներ Ստեփան Տէր Պետրոսեան ու Գրիգոր Մահսերեճեան, Կաթողիկոսարանի դիւանապետ Գերշ. Տ. Տաճատ Եպս. Աշըգեան եւ Լիմասոլի հոգեւոր հովիւ Գերպ. Տ. Յովհաննէս Ծ. Վրդ. Սաղտըճեան։
Շուրջ մէկ ժամ տեւած հանդիպման ընթացքին լայնօրէն քննարկուեցան Կիպրոսի հայ համայնքին, Լիբանանի, Սուրիոյ եւ ընդհանրապէս Միջին Արեւելքին առնչուած հարցեր։ Յիշեալ հարցերուն գծով նախագահը իր տեսակէտներն ու մտահոգութիւնները բաժնեց Վեհափառ Հայրապետին հետ։ Ապա, ան իր բարձր գնահատանքը յայտնեց Կիպրոսի հայ համայնքին նկատմամբ եւ շեշտեց կառավարութեան օժանդակութեան ու զօրակցութեան շարունակումը` մասնաւորաբար կրթական մարզէն ներս։ Այս ծիրին մէջ յատուկ ուշադրութեան նիւթ դարձաւ Թուրքիոյ կողմէ գրաւուած Կիպրոսի հատուածին մէջ գտնուող Մակարայ վանքի վերանորոգութեան ծրագիրը։
Վեհափառ Հայրապետը, իր կարգին, շեշտեց Կիպրոսի իւրայատուկ դերը տարածաշրջանին մէջ` նկատի ունենալով դիւանագիտական յարաբերութիւնը շրջանի երկիրներուն հետ, ինչպէս նաեւ 1 Յունուար 2026-էն սկսեալ Եւրոպայի նախագահութիւնը ստանձնելու իրողութիւնը։
Հանդիպման աւարտին, նուէրներու փոխանակում կատարուեցաւ։ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը նախագահին նուիրեց փայտեայ ձեռագործ հայկական խաչ մը եւ իր 30 ամեակին նուիրուած պատկերազարդ քաթալոկը. իսկ նախագահը Նորին Սուրբ Օծութեան նուիրեց Կիպրոսի պատմութեան ու մշակոյթին առնչուած յուանուէր մը»։
