ԵՄ-ը 120 մլն եվրոյով տուգանել է Իլոն Մասկի սոցցանցը․ ԱՄՆ-ը արձագանքել է

Ամերիկացի միլիարդատեր Իլոն Մասկը քննադատել է Եվրամիությանն այն բանից հետո, երբ վերջինը տուգանել է X սոցցանցի նրա պլատֆորմը՝ թափանցիկության կանոնների խախտման համար, նախազգուշացնելով, որ իր պատասխանը կուղղվի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների դեմ, որոնք պատասխանատու են այդ պատժի համար, գրել է Politico-ն։
«ԵՄ-ը անմիտ տուգանք է դրել ոչ միայն X-ի, այլեւ անձամբ ինձ վրա, ինչն էլ ավելի անմիտ է։ Ուստի տեղին կլիներ կիրառել մեր պատասխանը ոչ միայն ԵՄ-ի, այլեւ այն անձանց հանդեպ, որոնք այդ գործողությունն ուղղել են իմ դեմ»,- գրել է միլիարդատերը Х սոցցանցում։
Սա հրապարակվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ Եվրահանձնաժողովը ուրբաթ տուգանք էր դրել 120 մլն եվրոյի չափով Մասկի պլատֆորմի վրա՝ թափանցիկության պարտավորությունները խախտելու համար, որոնց պլատֆորմը բախվում է որպես շատ խոշոր օնլայն-պլատֆորմ՝ թվային ծառայությունների մասին ԵՄ օրենքի՝ դաշինքի կոնտենտի մոդերացիայի մասին հիմնական օրենքի համապատասխան։
ԵՄ գործադիր մարմինը հայտնել է, որ պլատֆորմի կապույտ նշանի գործառույթը խաբուսիկ էր այն բանից հետո, երբ փոխարինվեց օգտատերերի համար վճարովի գործառույթով։ Դրանում նաեւ նշվել է, որ X-ի գովազդային գրադարանը թափանցիկ չէ եւ որ այն հետազոտողներին համընդհանուր հասանելի տվյալների մուտքի իրավունք չի տալիս։
Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել է, որ գործադիր իշխանությունը հայտնաբերել է երեք կազմակերպություն, որոնք կանգնած են X-ի թիկունքին՝ X Holdings, xAI ընկերությունները եւ Իլոն Մասկն «ամենավերեւում»։
Հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ Թոմաս Ռենիեն հայտնել է, որ տուգանքը դրվել է «X-ի թույլ տված խախտման համար», բայց «հասցեագրված է ողջ կորպորատիվ կառույցին»։
X ընկերության եւ նրա սեփականատիրոջ վրա դրված տուգանքը արդեն խիստ քննադատություն է առաջացրել Վաշինգտոնում, իսկ ԱՄՆ պաշտոնատար անձինք դաշինքի այդ քայլը անվանել են ոտնձգություն խոսքի ազատության ավելի լայն իրավունքի դեմ, ընդ որում՝ նրանցից ոմանք հավաստիացել են, որ ամերիկյան ընկերություններն առանձնացվել են։
ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը քննադատել է տուգանքն այն բանից հետո, երբ դրա մասին տեղեկությունը հայտնվել է ժամանակից շուտ։
«ԵՄ-ը պետք է աջակցի խոսքի ազատությանը, այլ ոչ թե հարձակվի ամերիկյան ընկերությունների դեմ աղբի պատճառով»,- ասել է Վենսը։
