Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում սպասավորող քահանաները հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Մենք՝ Մայր Աթոռի եկեղեցական տարբեր կառույցներում ծառայող քահանաներս, վերահաստատում ենք մեր ուխտն առ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածինը և անվերապահ հավատարմությունը նրա ազգընտիր գահակալին՝ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին։
Որպես Քրիստոսի Եկեղեցու զինվորներ՝ ամուր կանգնած ենք մեր հոգևոր սահմաններին և պաշտպանն ենք Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու դարավոր ավանդության, ուղղափառ դավանանքի, առաքելաշավիղ վարդապետության, նվիրապետական կարգի ու կանոնների։ Թույլ չենք տալու որևէ արտաքին ուժի կողմից Եկեղեցու ինքնավարության և ինքնիշխանության դեմ ուղղված ցանկացած գործողություն, որը նպատակ ունի պառակտել Եկեղեցու հոգևոր միաբանությունը, նպաստել հերձվածողության առաջացմանը և նսեմացնել Եկեղեցու հեղինակությունը։
Եղբայրաբար հորդորում և կոչ ենք անում բոլոր եկեղեցականներին չտրվել գայթակղությունների ու սադրանքների, գործել բացառաբար Եկեղեցու միասնականության և կանոնների պահպանության դիրքերից՝ հանուն բարեպաշտ մեր ժողովրդի հոգևոր կյանքի զորացման և Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի պայծառության»։
