Թրամփը մինչև Սուրբ Ծնունդ կհայտարարի Գազայում խաղաղության գործընթացի 2-րդ փուլի մեկնարկի մասին

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը նախատեսում է Սուրբ Ծննդից առաջ հայտարարել Գազայում խաղաղության գործընթացի երկրորդ փուլի մեկնարկի մասին։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Axios-ը՝ հղում անելով ամերիկացի երկու պաշտոնյաների, որոնց անունները չեն նշվում։
Թրամփը նաև նախատեսում է ներկայացնել անկլավի նոր կառավարման կառուցվածքը։
ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաները նշում են, որ գտնվում են Գազայի համար միջազգային ուժերի և նոր կառավարման կառուցվածքի ստեղծման վերջին փուլերում, որոնք նրանք հույս ունեն գործարկել երկու կամ երեք շաբաթվա ընթացքում:
«Ամեն ինչ առաջ է շարժվում, և նպատակն է հայտարարել դրա մասին նախքան տոների մեկնարկը», – ասել է գործընթացում անմիջականորեն ներգրավված աղբյուրը:
Նաև նախատեսվում է, որ Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն մինչև ամսվա վերջ ԱՄՆ-ում կհանդիպի նախագահ Թրամփի հետ՝ Գազայի հարցով համաձայնագրի հաջորդ փուլը քննարկելու համար: Համաձայնագրի երկրորդ փուլը ենթադրում է Իսրայելի դուրսբերում Գազայի ավելի մեծ հատվածից, միջազգային կայունացման ուժերի տեղակայում և նոր կառավարման կառուցվածքի, ներառյալ Թրամփի գլխավորած Խաղաղության խորհրդի գործարկում անկլավում։
Ուժերը պետք է տեղակայվեն Գազայի այն հատվածում, որը ներկայում վերահսկվում է Իսրայելի զինված ուժերի կողմից։
ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաների խոսքով՝ կառավարման կառուցվածքը կգլխավորի Թրամփի ղեկավարությամբ Խաղաղության խորհուրդը, որը կներառի արաբական և արևմտյան երկրների մոտ 10 առաջնորդ։
Դրանից ցածր կառույցը կլինի միջազգային գործադիր խորհուրդը, որտեղ ներառված կլինեն Մեծ Բրիտանիայի նախկին վարչապետ Թոնի Բլերը, Թրամփի խորհրդականներ Ջարեդ Քուշները և Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆը, ինչպես նաև Խաղաղության խորհրդում ներկայացված երկրների լրացուցիչ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։
Գործադիր խորհրդի ներքո կգործի պաղեստինյան տեխնոկրատական կառավարությունը։ Այն կներառի 12-15 պաղեստինցու, որոնք ունեն կառավարման և բիզնեսի փորձ և կապված չեն ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի, «Ֆաթահ»-ի կամ այլ պաղեստինյան կուսակցության կամ խմբակցության հետ։«Հավասարումը կլինի հետևյալը՝ Իսրայելի բանակը դուրս կգա Գազայից, բայց ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը կկորցնի իշխանությունը», – ասել է աղբյուրը։
Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին հրադադարի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց ի վեր Իսրայելի հարվածների հետևանքով զոհվել է 366 պաղեստինցի, իսկ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի հարձակումներից զոհվել են մի քանի իսրայելցի զինվորներ։Առաջին փուլի կարևոր կետերի մեկը՝ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի կողմից բոլոր ողջ մնացած և մահացած պատանդների ազատ արձակումը, գրեթե ավարտված է։ Մեկ մահացած պատանդի մասունքներ դեռևս չեն վերադարձվել։
