Վերջին օրերին մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ, հղում անելով դատախազության հաղորդագրությանը,  հրապարակել են մոլորեցնող վերնագրերով նյութեր, որոնցում նշվում է, թե Արարատի նախկին մարզպետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը 5330 հեկտար հողատարածքը 49 տարով անհատույց փոխանցել է «իր և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ընկերությանը։ Ուսումնասիրելով այդ առնչությամբ դատախազության հաղորդագրությունը` մենք պարզեցինք, որ այս ձևակերպումը չի բխում պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության բովանդակությունից։

Հրապարակումների կապակցությամբ մենք կապ հաստատեցինք Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ։ Վերջինս կտրականապես հերքեց իր որևէ առնչությունը թե՛ այդ ընկերությանը, թե՛ հողերի անհատույց օգտագործման վերաբերյալ կայացված վարչական ակտերին։

«Տարածվող տեղեկությունը իրականության հետ որևէ կապ չունի, այդ լրատվամիջոցները պարզապես չեն դիմացել հնչեղ վերնագրեր հրապարակելու գայթակղությանը»,֊ նշեց նա։
