Ձեռքերի քորն ընդհանուր առողջական խնդիրների կամ արտաքին գործոնների հետևանք կարող է լինել։ Նման ախտանիշը հաճախ ուշադրության կարիք ունի, քանի որ այն կարող է վկայել ինչպես միանգամյա ախտահարումների, այնպես էլ համակարգային հիվանդությունների մասին։

Հիմնական պատճառները՝

  1. Ալերգիկ ռեակցիաներ․
    Ձեռքերի մաշկի քորը կարող է առաջանալ օրգանիզմի ալերգիկ ռեակցիայի պատճառով՝ հագուստի նյութերից, կոսմետիկ միջոցներից կամ օրգանային ալերգեններից։

  2. Չոր մաշկ․
    Ձմռանը կամ հաճախակի լվացվելուց հետո մաշկը կորցնում է խոնավությունը, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել քորի և կարմրության։

  3. Դերմատոլոգիական խնդիրներ․
    Էկզեման, թրիխոֆիտիան կամ պսորիազը հաճախ ուղեկցվում են ուժեղ քորով, մաշկի լրջագույն փոփոխություններով։

  4. Նյարդային կամ սթրեսային գործոններ․
    Սթրեսը կամ հոգեբանական լարվածությունը կարող է ազդել մաշկի զգայունության վրա, և արդյունքում առաջանում է քոր։

  5. Համակարգային հիվանդություններ․
    Շաքարային դիաբետը, լյարդի հիվանդությունները կամ երիկամային խնդիրները երբեմն իրենց առաջին նշաններով արտահայտվում են մաշկի քորով՝ հատկապես ձեռքերում։

Ինչ անել․

  • Հանգստացնել մաշկը՝ օգտագործելով քիմիական հումք չպարունակող կրեմներ։

  • Հակալերգիկ միջոցներ ընդունել միայն բժշկի ցուցումով։

  • Եթե քորը մշտական է, ուղեկցվում է կարմրությամբ, բշտիկներով կամ մաշկի գույնի փոփոխությամբ, անպայման դիմել դերմատոլոգի։

Ձեռքի քորը հաճախ չի հանդիսանում վտանգավոր ախտանիշ, բայց երբ այն երկարատև է կամ ուղեկցվում այլ նշաններով, այն կարող է վկայել ավելի լուրջ առողջական խնդիրների մասին։ Վաղ ախտորոշումն ու համապատասխան բուժումը կարող են կանխել հիվանդության զարգացումը և նվազեցնել անհարմարությունը։
