Առաջ զգուշանում էի ասել, բայց հիմա վստահ կասեմ՝ եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակի մնալ իշխանության, այս թեման դառնալու է օրակարգ։ Այս մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը:
«Փաշինյանի ձեռամբ ադրբեջանցի հատուկ ջոկատայինները, պատրաստված խմբերը գալու են ու շատ «խաղաղ» տեղավորվելու են Հայաստանում։ Սա, ցավոք, արդեն հստակ է, իսկ ովքեր ուզում են նստել թախտին ու սպասել բախտին կամ ուզում են դեռ իրենց համոզել, որ կան բաներ, որոնց Փաշինյանը ունակ չէ, մի օր ուղղակի իրենց իրերն են հավաքելու ու այլ երկիր ման գան ապրելու։ Քանի դեռ կարող ենք մեր երկիրը պահել ու պաշտպանել քաղաքական մեթոդներով, եկեք անենք դա, իսկ դրա ճանապարհը Փաշինյանին իշխանությունից զրկելն է։ Դա կարող է անել միայն ՀՀ-ում ապրող ՀՀ քաղաքացին՝ իր դիրքորոշմամբ, քվեով ու հստակ վերաբերմունքով։
Ասածիս ի ապացույց նշեմ՝ սրանք բառացի մեջբերումներ են Իլհամի այսօրվա ելույթից։ Այս թեման աննախադեպ տարածում է ստանում Ադրբեջանում, իսկ ՀՀ-ի եկող լռությունը ինքնին շատ խոսուն է․․․
«Հայերի վերաբնակեցումից հետո Ադրբեջանի նախնիների հողերում՝ 1905-1907, 1918-1921, 1948-1953 և 1987-1991 թվականներին ադրբեջանցիների դեմ իրականացված կոտորածների և անօրինական վերաբնակեցման հետևանքով մեր հարյուր հազարավոր հայրենակիցներ լքեցին իրենց հայրենիքը և ապաստան գտան Ադրբեջանում»։
«Ադրբեջանական մշակութային ժառանգության վերականգնումն ու պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանում, լինելով ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի օրինական պահանջ, անհրաժեշտ է համընդհանուր արժեքների հարգանքի, թշնամանքի էջը փակելու և ժողովուրդների միջև փոխըմբռնման համար»։
«Մենք հավատում ենք, որ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնքի խաղաղասեր անդամները կվերադառնան իրենց նախնիների հողեր, և մեր ժողովուրդների միջև կհաստատվեն բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ»։
Հիշեք, որ սա ասում է մի բռնապետ, ով Արցախի ու Հայաստանի դեմ ձեռնարկեց պատերազմներ, բլոկադա, էթնիկ զտում, բռնի տեղահանում ու արեց ամեն ինչ, որ Արցախում «խաղաղություն» հաստատվի առանց հայերի»,- գրել է նա:
