Ֆրանսիական Պրոպարկոյի մուտքը բանկի կապիտալ վստահության քվե է Ակբային և Հայաստանին

Ակբա բանկը, Ֆրանսիական զարգացման գործակալության դուստր ձեռնարկություն Պրոպարկոն Կենտրոնական բանկում ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանի հետ ամփոփել են համագործակցության ընթացքում ձեռքբերումները և քննարկել ապագա ծրագրերը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվել է Ակբա բանկի՝ կորպորատիվ կառավարման ոլորտում գրանցած հաջողությունները, բանկի միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան կառավարման մոդելը, ինչպես նաև կայուն աճի հնարավորությունները։

«Միջազգային մակարդակով ճանաչված Ֆրանսիական զարգացման գործակալությունը  վստահություն է հայտնում մեր հանդեպ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մենք ճիշտ ուղու վրա ենք։ Այս համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ֆինանսական  համակարգում նման բաժնետերերի ներկայությունը, կնպաստեն կորպորատիվ կառավարման լավագույն փորձի ներդրմանը, գիտելիքների և հմտությունների տարածմանը։ Հույս ունեմ, որ Պրոպարկոն նույնպես կօգտվի այս համագործակցությունից, քանի որ բանկում կուտակված է մեծ փորձ և գիտելիք, և սա երկու կողմերի համար էլ կլինի փոխադարձ զարգացման հնարավորություն»,- նշել է ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը։

«Մենք կարողացանք գնահատել Ակբա բանկի կառավարման որակը և ազդեցությունը երկրում: Այդ պատճառով որոշեցինք համագործակցությունը մեկ քայլ առաջ տանել և սկսել քննարկումներ՝ բանկի բաժնետեր դառնալու համար»,- նշել է  Պրոպարկոյի Մասնավոր կապիտալի գծով տնօրենի տեղակալ Ստեֆան Ֆրուասարդեյը։

«Պրոպարկոյի հետ գործընկերությամբ զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններ  են ստեղծվում  թե՛ Հայաստանի ներսում, թե՛ միջազգային շուկայում։ Արդեն իսկ տեսնում ենք համագործակցության արդյունքները. ամեն ինչ սկսվեց վստահությունից և դրանով էլ կառուցվելու է մեր ապագան»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։

«Պրոպարկոյի ներդրման նպատակը միայն ինվեստիցիոն չէ, այն նաև զարգացնող է:  Խնդիր ենք դրել զարգացնել Ակբա բանկի կառավարման համակարգը, միասին մշակել ենք գործողությունների ծրագիր, որը հաջողությամբ բանկն իրականացրել է։ Ուրախությամբ պետք է նշենք, որ Պրոպարկոյի մուտքն առաջին հերթին վստահության քվե էր Ակբային և Հայաստանին»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանը։
