Յունիբանկն առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում թողարկել է անժամկետ պարտատոմսեր

Յունիբանկը հայաստանյան շուկայում առաջին անգամ թողարկել է անժամկետ պարտատոմսեր՝ 3.5 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ և 9 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով։ Դրամային պարտատոմսերի տարեկան արժեկտրոնային տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 13.75%, իսկ դոլարային պարտատոմսերինը՝ 8.3%։
Այս նոր գործիքի ներդրումը նշանակալի իրադարձություն է Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկայի համար. այն ներդրողներին հնարավորություն է տալիս երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում կանոնավոր եկամուտ ստանալ։ Անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի եկամտաբերությունը զգալիորեն գերազանցում է ավանդական պարտատոմսերինը, ինչը դրանք հատկապես գրավիչ է դարձնում երկարաժամկետ եկամուտ ակնկալող ներդրողների համար։
Արժեկտրոնային եկամտի վճարումները կիրականացվեն եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ: Պարտատոմսերի արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը կմնա անփոփոխ առաջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում, որից հետո դրամային պարտատոմսերի համար այն կհաշվարկվի պետական պարտատոմսերի եկամտաբերության կորի 3 աﬕս ժամկետայնության եկամտաբերությանը գումարելով հավելյալ 6.5%, իսկ դոլարային պարտատոմսերի համար՝ 90-օրյա SOFR տոկոսադրույքին գումարելով 4%: Հինգ տարվա ժամկետի ավարտին բանկը կարող է մարել պարտատոմսերն անվանական արժեքով։
Յունիբանկը ֆոնդային բորսայի ամենաակտիվ և առաջատար մասնակիցներից մեկն է՝ ներկայացնելով նոր ֆինանսական գործիքներ Հայաստանի արժեթղթերի շուկայում։ Մինչ օրս բանկը տեղաբաշխել է պարտատոմսերի 26 թողարկում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում ստորադաս պարտատոմսերի առաջին տեղաբաշխումը, որը ձեռք է բերվել ներդրողների լայն շրջանակի կողմից։ Սա հաստատում է բանկի նկատմամբ բարձր վստահությունը և հաճախորդների պատրաստակամությունը ներդրումներ կատարելու Յունիբանկի արժեթղթերում։
