Հրդեհների դեպքի առթիվ 10 օր անց նախաձեռնվել է քրվարույթ․հակառակորդի կողմից դիտավորյալ հրդեհման տվյալ չկա

«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարածքում օրեր շարունակ մոլեգնած հրդեհների դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են, որ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք հանդիսացող «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարբեր հատվածներում 2025թ․ նոյեմբերի 21-ից բռնկված հրդեհների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում 2025թ․ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 387-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ, 5-րդ և 6-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով (Պետական, համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող կամ այլ անձանց պատկանող ծառը, թուփը կամ բուսածածկն ապօրինի հատելը կամ ոչնչացնելը, որն իրականացվել է՝ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքում, հրկիզման կամ հանրավտանգ այլ եղանակով, ինչը պատճառել է խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս)։
«Քրեական վարույթով իրականացվում են ապացուցողական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ՝ նախաքննության համակողմանիությունն ու բնականոն ընթացքն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»,- նշել են ՔԿ-ից։
Ինչ վերաբերում է հակառակորդի կողմից հրդեհելու մասին լուրերին, ՔԿ-ից նշել են, որ քրեական վարույթում նման տվյալներ առկա չեն։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր շարունակ Հայաստանի միաժամանակ տարբեր մարզերում հրդեհներ են։ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակ-Թթուջուր հատվածում հրդեհը բռնկվել էր նոյեմբերի 21-ից՝ երեք օջախով, որն առ այս պահը չի մարվել։ Հաջորդիվ՝ հրդեհներ են բռնկվել նաև Շիրակի և Տավուշի մարզերում, ընդ որում, հրդեհվում է նաև «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկը», ինչն արգելոց է, բնությանն աննախադեպ վնաս է հասցվել։ Դիլիջանի տարածքում հրդեհները չորս օջախից են։ Ի դեպ, մամուլում նաև տեղեկություններ են եղել, համաձայն որի՝ Վահան բնակավայրի հատվածում հրդեհը ներթափանցել է հակառակորդի կողմից՝ անտառային հատվածից, ինչը հաստատել էր Ճամբարակի փոխքաղաքապետ Ռոբերտ Օհանյանը։ Նշենք, որ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը կասկածներ ունի, որ հրդեհները պատահական չեն։
