Microsoft-ը հաստատել է, որ Windows 11-ի 2024–2025 թթ. տարբերակները լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն

Windows 11-ի մասշտաբային տեխնիկական խափանումները ազդեցություն են ունեցել ինչպես ամենաթարմ, այնպես էլ նախորդ տարբերակների վրա։ Ինչպես գրում է Neowin-ը, նոյեմբերի վերջում Microsoft-ը պաշտոնապես ընդունել է, որ համակարգի գրեթե բոլոր հիմնական բաղադրիչներում և ծառայություններում առկա են խնդիրներ։ Ընկերությունը նախ հայտնել էր, որ զգալի խափանումներ դիտվում են 25H2 հավաքածուում, որը թողարկվել է 2025-ի աշնանը։ Դեկտեմբերի սկզբին պարզ դարձավ, որ նույն խնդիրը բնորոշ է նաև 24H2 տարբերակին, որը լույս էր տեսել 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբերին։
Ըստ ինժեներների՝ խնդիրները ի հայտ են գալիս Windows 11-ի ամսական հավաքական թարմացումները տեղադրելուց հետո։ Սխալները ազդում են համակարգի առանցքային մասերի վրա՝ Start մենյու, առաջադրանքների վահանակ (Taskbar), File Explorer, Windows Settings բաժին և մի շարք այլ մոդուլներ։ Neowin-ի մասնագետները նշում են, որ նման խնդիրները կանխատեսելի էին, քանի որ 24H2 և 25H2 տարբերակները կառուցված են նույն հիմնական կոդային բազայի վրա։ Որպես ժամանակավոր լուծում, Microsoft-ը խորհուրդ է տվել վերագործարկել Shell Infrastructure Host (SIHost.exe) ծառայությունը։
Ավելի վաղ Microsoft-ի նախկին ինժեներ Դեյվ Փլամերը հայտարարել էր, որ Windows 11-ի ձախողման պատճառներից մեկը մշակողների չափազանց մեծ կենտրոնացումն էր արհեստական բանականության (ԱԲ) ֆունկցիաների վրա՝ խափանված համակարգային մասերի փոխարեն։
