Рютте: Австралия и Новая Зеландия подключились к закупкам оружия для Украины

Австралия и Новая Зеландия подключились к программе НАТО по закупкам у США оружия для Украины (PURL). Об этом заявил генсек НАТО Марк Рютте на пресс-конференции по итогам встречи глав МИД стран НАТО в Брюсселе.

«Австралия и Новая Зеландия стали первыми странами, не входящими в НАТО, которые присоединились к программе PURL», - сказал Рютте.

Он подчеркнул, что в настоящее время об участии в программе PURL объявили две трети государств НАТО, которые в сумме с августа и до конца этого года обеспечат закупки у США оружия для Украины на «более чем $4 млрд».

Программа PURL заменила бесплатные поставки вооружений США Киеву или поставки в кредит. Эта программа предусматривает структурированные закупки американского оружия европейскими странами НАТО и Канадой для нужд Украины через структуры Североатлантического альянса. Данная программа была согласована в июле, первые закупки начались в августе этого года.

Ранее Рютте сообщил, что на следующий год он ожидает поставки оружия по этой программе для Украины на уровне $1 млрд в месяц. В эту сумму не входят собственные поставки оружия, которые направляют Киеву европейские страны. В частности, по плану Еврокомиссии на 2026-2027 гг. все страны ЕС намерены потратить на военные нужды Киева 115 млрд евро.
