2 տարում Ամիօ բանկի թիմը անցել է 32.000 ժամ ուսուցում

Ամիօ բանկում հավատում են, որ թիմի զարգացումը բանկի ամենաարժեքավոր ներդրումներից է։ Վերջին երկու տարիներին բանկի աշխատակիցները անցել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 32.000 ժամ վերապատրաստում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակից միջինում մասնակցել է մոտ 5 վերապատրաստման կուրսի:
Բանկային ոլորտի բարդ ու պատասխանատու միջավայրում համակարգված գիտելիքը ամենակարևոր հիմքն է։ Այդ պատճառով բոլոր աշխատակիցները մասնակցում են պարտադիր դասընթացների, որոնք ապահովում են որակի, անվտանգության և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի միասնական չափանիշ։
Ամիօ թիմի անդամները հնարավորություն ունեն նաև մասնակցելու նեղ մասնագիտական, լեզվի ուսուցման և միջազգային դասընթացների, ներառյալ․
- Անգլերենի դասընթացներ՝ մասնագիտական հաղորդակցման մակարդակի բարձրացման համար,
- Լրացուցիչ վերապատրաստումներ ոլորտային մասնագետների համար՝ ֆինանսական վերլուծությունից մինչև հաճախորդների փորձի կառավարում,
- Արտասահմանյան ծրագրեր՝ 21 մասնագետ արդեն մասնակցել է դասընթացների արտերկրում, ներառյալ Harvard Business School-ի հեղինակավոր ծրագրերը։
Տեխնիկական գիտելիքից բացի, Ամիօն հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում փափուկ հմտությունների (soft skills) զարգացմանը։ Այս ուղղությամբ անցկացվել է 16 թեմատիկ դասընթաց, որոնց մասնակցել է 408 աշխատակից։
Առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է տրվում նաև ղեկավարների զարգացմանը: Ներդրվել է բանկի ղեկավարների զարգացման Amio LeadUp ծրագիրը, որը բացի հիմնական ղեկավարման և առաջնորդման գիտելիքներ տրամադրելուց, միտված է ձևավորելու ընդհանուր կառավարչական մշակույթ:
Բանկում ձևավորվել է նաև ներքին ուսուցանողների թիմ, որը նպաստում է գիտելիքների և փորձի փոխանակմանը և բանկի աշխատակիցների ներուժի բացահայտմանը: Ներդրվել է նաև ուսուցման առցանց համակարգ, ինչը ուսուցումը դարձնում է էլ ավելի դինամիկ, հասանելի և նորարարական:
