Թեև վերջին 3 տասնամյակի բանակցային փաթեթը խեղաթյուրումներով, կիսատ-պռատ հանրայնացվեց, սակայն դա էլ մեծ թվով տեղեկատվություն է փոխանցում ոչ միայն բանակցային փաթեթների բարելավումների դինամիկայի, այլ նաև երկիրը ղեկավարող անձանց սկզբունքների և կարմիր գծերի մասին: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

Սկզբում խոսում էր Արցախի ինքնորոշման, հետո ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության մաս կազմելու, իսկ հետո Արցախն Ադրբեջան հռչակեց ու հանձնեց Ադրբեջանին:
2008-2018 թթ.-ի փաթեթը, որում ոչ միայն ինքնորոշման իրավունքը որպես սկզբունք էր ամրագրված, այլ ներկայացված էր դրա իմպլեմենտացիան` համաժողովրդական հանրաքվե` պարտադիր իրավական ուժ ունեցող հանրաքվեի միջոցով (1988 թվականի ժողովրդագրական համամասնությամբ, որտեղ 75 %-ը հայեր էին), որոշակի փոփոխությունների փուլեր է անցել:
Սակայն ամենաաչքի ընկնողն այն հանգամանքն է, որ եղել են հստակ կարմիր գծեր ու սկզնունքներ, որոնք ոչ միայն չեն հատվել, բոլոր ճանապարհներով պաշտպանվել են` ՌԴ նախագահին ուղղված նամակը դրա օրինակներից է:
Եվ որ ամենակարևորն է` ԼՂ հարցում Սերժ Սարգսյանի հիմնական մոտեցումները, ի տարբերություն այսօրվա կառավարչի, եղել են հստակ և անփոփոխ»,-գրել է Աբրահամյանը։
