Ռուբլու փոխարժեքի տատանումներն ավելի ցայտուն կդառնան, եթե 2026 թվականին պատժամիջոցները և նավթի գները միաժամանակ փոխվեն, Gazeta.Ru-ին ասել է Garda Capital ներդրումային ռազմավար Ալեքսանդր Բախտինը ։

«Ռուսական արտահանման վրա ճնշման նվազումը կարող է ինքնին գործոն հանդիսանալ 2026 թվականին նավթի համաշխարհային գների իջեցման համար։ Արևմտյան վերլուծաբանները Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության համաձայնագրի  և Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների մեղմացման ազդեցությունը  գնահատում են տարեկան միջին գնից մինուս 5 դոլարով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այն կարող է հասնել 50 դոլարի։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, գների վրա կարող են ազդել այլ կարևոր գործոններ՝ խոշոր սպառողների, մասնավորապես Չինաստանի կողմից էներգակիրների պահանջարկը, ՕՊԵԿ-ի քաղաքականությունը , աշխարհաքաղաքական և առևտրային հակամարտությունները և դոլարի դիրքը այլ արժույթների նկատմամբ», - նշել է Բախտինը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը վերջին տարիներին նավթը վաճառում է զեղչով, և դա կարող է վերանալ պատժամիջոցների վերացման հետ մեկտեղ։ Ավելին, կարելի է ակնկալել մատակարարման ծավալների աճ, ինչը կփոխհատուցի գների անկումը։ Բախտինն ընդգծեց, որ «ռուբլու փոխարժեքի անկայունությունը, այնուամենայնիվ, պարբերաբար կաճի պատժամիջոցների ռեժիմի փոփոխությունների հետ մեկտեղ, ոչ միայն ապրանքների գների արձագանքի, այլև առևտրային գործընկերների հետ լոգիստիկայի և վճարման մեխանիզմների վերակարգավորման անհրաժեշտության պատճառով»։

Investing.com-ի տվյալներով՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին դոլարը արժեր 77.4–78 ռուբլի, իսկ եվրոն՝ 89.8–90.7 ռուբլի։

Ռուբլու թուլացման պայմանը նախկինում նշվել էր պատժամիջոցների վերացման դեպքում ։
