Գորիսի պետական քոլեջի 30 աշխատակից հեռանում են կրթօջախից՝ այդկերպ մերժելով ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի «կամայական ու ապօրինի» հրամանը

Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը «Գորիսի պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ–ի տնօրենի պաշտոնից ազատել է Կարեն Լազարյանին, գրում է «Սյունյաց երկիր» թերթը։
Թերթը, մասնավորապես, նշում է. «Ընդ որում՝ ազատման հրամանում որևէ հիմք՝ գործող օրենքներից բխող, չի նշվում։
Վկայակոչվում է սոսկ «ՊՈԱԿ–ների մասին» օրենքի 16-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի «ժդ» կետը, որը սահմանում է՝ «Առկա են օրենքով սահմանված այլ հիմքեր»։
Թե ինչ օրենքների և ինչ հիմքերի ու այլ հիմքերի մասին է խոսքը՝ ոչ մի բառ։
Իսկ շահարկումը, թե Կարեն Լազարյանը խոչընդոտում է ՀՀ կառավարության 2025 թ․ ապրիլի 17-ի N 441-Ա որոշման (Գորիսի երկու քոլեջի միաձուլման) իրականացմանը, դարձյալ զուրկ է փաստական որևէ հիմքից։
Ըստ քոլեջի՝ քանիցս նախարարություն հղած գրությունների՝ Կառավարության վերոնշյալ որոշման կատարմանը դիտավորությամբ խոչընդոտում է միայն մեկ անձնավորություն՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, ով, ըստ Գորիսում տարածված լուրերի, դրանով տարածաշրջանում հակավարչապետական տրամադրություններ է գեներացնում։
Քիչ առաջ տեղի է ունեցել Գորիսի պետական քոլեջի դասախոսական և վարչական աշխատողների ընդհանուր ժողովը՝ նախարարի անհիմն հրամանը քննարկելու նպատակով։
Ժողովի մասնակիցները վերստին արձանագրել են, որ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն ու փոխնախարար Արաքսյա Սվաջյանը՝ տեղական երկու իշխանավորի անձնական պատվերով ու նրանց անձնական շահերից ելնելով, ամիսներ շարունակ փորձում են աշխատանքից ազատել Կարեն Լազարյանին, բայց չեն կարողանում՝ օրինական հիմքեր չգտնելու պատճառով: Ուստի և նախընտրել են հերթական անգամ ՀՀ օրենքները շրջանցելու անբարո ճանապարհը:
Ժողովականները նշել են նաև, որ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարն ու նրա տեղակալը դիտավորությամբ են կազմաքանդում հանրապետության ամենակայացած և ամենահամբավավոր երկու կրթօջախը՝ «Գորիսի պետական քոլեջը» և «Գորիսի պրոֆ․ Խ. Երիցյանի անվան գյուղատնտեսական պետական քոլեջը»՝ այդկերպ ոչ միայն վնասելով միջին մասնագիտական կայացած կրթական համակարգին, այլև թուլացնելով սահմանապահ դարձած Գորիսի տարածաշրջանի դիմադրողականությունը:
Եվ հաշվի առնելով, որ իրավական ճանապարհով այլևս հնարավոր չէ նախարարին հետ պահել հակակրթական գործողություններից և անձնական վրեժխնդրությունից, 30 հոգի՝ դասախոսներ և վարչական աշխատողներ, դիմել են դեռևս գործող տնօրեն Կարեն Լազարյանին՝ աշխատանքից ազատվելու պահանջով:
Այդ ամենը նշանակում է, որ վաղվանից՝ դեկտեմբերի 3-ից, Գորիսի 100-ամյա պետական քոլեջը հայտնվում է դադարի մեջ՝ այս անգամ դասախոսներ չունենալու պատճառով»։
