Հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան պատրաստ է աջակցել Հայաստանի՝ CRIRSCO-ին միանալու գործընթացին․ Վարդան Ջհանյան

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան անցկացրեց հերթական ընդլայնված նիստը, որն առնչվում էր հանքարդյունաբերության ռազմավարության սկզբունքներից բխող կետերից մեկի՝ CRIRSCO միջազգային ստանդարտներին անցնելու գործընթացին։
Ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Վարդան Ջհանյանը ներկայացրեց, թե ինչպիսի զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում այդ ուղղությամբ։ Նա համոզված է, որ գործընթացը պետք է լինի թափանցիկ, բոլորը տեղեկանան՝ ուր և ինչպես ենք գնում, և հանքարդյունաբերությանն առնչվող փորձագետները մասնակցություն ունենան գործընթացներում։
Վարդան Ջհանյանը նշեց, որ մի քանի օր առաջ կայացել է հանդիպում ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Ասատուր Վարդանյանի, «Հանքային պաշարների հաշվետվությունների միջազգային ստանդարտների կոմիտեի» (CRIRSCO) նախագահ Գարթ Քիրքհեմի և ոլորտին առնչվող այլ մասնագետների հետ։
«Ի տարբերություն որոշ երկրների՝ Կանադայի, Ավստրալիայի, որտեղ կարևորագույն դեր ունեն շուկաները, այսինքն՝ բորսաներն են շատ դեպքերում զբաղվում CRIRSCO-ին անդամակցելու հարցերով, մեր դեպքում կարևորագույն դեր ունի պետությունը։ Առանց պետության հետ համաձայնեցնելու ոչ մի տեղ չենք հասնի այս պրոցեսներում»,- ասաց Ջհանյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ անշուշտ, ոլորտում միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանելու կոնսենսուս կա կառավարության հետ։
Պետության կողմից ընդունվելիք բոլոր բարեփոխումները համաձայնեցվելու են ՏԿԵՆ-ի հետ, և CRIRSCO-ի նախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցելու Հայաստանին հանքարդյունաբերությունում առավել առաջադեմ չափորոշիչներով առաջնորդվելու հարցում։
«Որոշվեց կազմել CRIRSCO-ին միանալու գործընթացին միտված աշխատանքային խումբ։ Փոխնախարարին հայտնեցինք Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիայի դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ ասոցիացիան ներառում է գրեթե ամբողջ ոլորտը և՛ բիզնեսի, և՛ մասնագետների առումով, ուստի պատրաստակամ է աջակցել՝ ներկայացնելով իր թեկնածուներին»,- ասաց ասոցիացիայի նախագահը։
Նիստի մասնակիցները, որոնց կազմում ոչ միայն ասոցիացիայի անդամներն էին, այլև տարբեր կազմակերպություններ ներկայացնող երկրաբաններ, այլ փորձագետներ, քննարկեցին որոշ մանրամասներ։ Մասնավորապես, կարծիք հնչեց, որ առավել նպատակահարմար է նախ ստեղծել կազմակերպչական խումբ, որը կգործի նույնքան թափանցիկ, որքան հիմա, կներկայացնի գործողությունների պլան, որից հետո կձևավորվի մասնագիտական խումբ, որն, իր հերթին, կզբաղվի չափորոշիչներ մշակելով և դրանք CRIRSCO-ին համապատասխանեցնելով։
Վարդան Ջհանյանը նշեց, որ հնչած առաջարկությունները կքննարկվեն ՏԿԵ փոխնախարարի հետ հերթական հանդիպումների ընթացքում, իսկ ապագայում կառավարության հաստատած աշխատանքային խումբը հաշվետու կլինի ոլորտի մասնագետներին, և համատեղ կիրականացվեն CRIRSCO-ին միանալուն ուղղված քայլերը։
