«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

eurasiatoday.ru–ն գրում է, որ «Atlantic Council»–ի և «Eurasia Center»–ի փորձագետների առաջարկը՝ Տաջիկստանն ու Հայաստանն ընդգրկել Թուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունում, դարձել է նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական ճարտարապետության ձևավորման անսպասելի ազդանշան։ ԱՄՆ-ն և Թուրքիան, որոնց շահերը տարածաշրջանում ավելի ու ավելի են համընկնում, Թուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության ընդլայնումը (ԹՊԿ) դիտարկում են որպես Կենտրոնական Ասիայում և Հարավային Կովկասում իրենց ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու գործիք։

Այս նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացրել է ՆԱՏՕ-ում Թուրքիայի նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Մեհմեթ Ջեյլանը։ Նրա խոսքով, Թուրքիան չի առարկի, եթե Տաջիկստանը դիմի ԹՊԿ–ին որպես դիտորդ, քանի որ «այլ տարբերակ չկա, քան Տաջիկստանին խաղից դուրս չթողնելը, երբ խոսքը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի մասին է»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Տաջիկստանը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի միակ ոչ թուրքալեզու երկիրն է, ընդ որում՝ Դուշանբեն չի էլ հայտարարել ԹՊԿ–ին միանալու իր ցանկության մասին։

Ջեյլանին աջակցել է «Եվրասիա» կենտրոնի հետազոտող Բրիանա Թոդը. «ԱՄՆ–ի տեսակետից այս պահին դա ԹՊԿ–ի բացակայող մասն է»։ Նրա կարծիքով, «կապի տեսանկյունից» ԱՄՆ-ը կարիք ունի ամբողջ Հարավային Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի, և այդ պայմանով են ամերիկացիները պատրաստ անմիջականորեն համագործակցել ԹՊԿ–ի հետ։

Այսպիսով, ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի շահերը համընկնում են։ ԹՊԿ–ն ինքը բավարար ռեսուրսներ չունի տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակի վրա էականորեն ազդելու համար։ Սակայն Թուրքիան կարող է նման ազդեցություն ունենալ երկկողմ կապերի և ԱՄՆ աջակցությամբ։ Այս ինտեգրումը նաև համապատասխանում է երկու երկրների նպատակներին, այն է՝ զսպել Ռուսաստանին ու Չինաստանին և թուլացնել Իրանին։ Տաջիկստանի և Հայաստանի ներգրավումը Թուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունում ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի համար հնարավորություն է վերահսկելու և ընդլայնելու Հարավային Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի միջով անցնող տրանսպորտային և էներգետիկ ուղիները։ Օրինակ՝ «Թրամփի երթուղին» և Անդրկասպյան միջանցքը։ Ադրբեջանը նույնպես հատուկ դեր կխաղա ԱՄՆ-Թուրքիա համատեղ ռազմավարության մեջ՝ որպես ազդեցիկ միջնորդ Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի միջև «տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նոր ճարտարապետության մեջ»։ Ավելին, վերջերս հայտարարվել է, որ Ադրբեջանը միացել է Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանային գագաթաժողովին, և հիմա հերթը Հայաստանինն է։ Էլ ավելին՝ Թուրքիան հայտարարել է, որ կվերացնի «Կենտրոնական Ասիա» տերմինը։ Առայժմ միայն դպրոցական ծրագրից, իսկ հետո՝ ինչպես Ալլահն ու Էրդողանը կորոշեն։ «Կենտրոնական Ասիա» տերմինի փոխարեն կօգտագործվի «Թուրքեստան» տերմինը։

Այսպիսով, Անկարան ևս մեկ քայլ է անում հետխորհրդային տարածքում նոր աշխարհաքաղաքականության ստեղծման գործընթացում, որն ընդամենը մի քանի տարի անց կհանգեցնի նոր քաղաքական և ինտեգրացիոն նախաձեռնությունների:
