Ռուսաստանի նախագահը մեկնաբանել է Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության կարգավորման ԱՄՆ խաղաղության ծրագիրը։ РБК-ն հաղորդում է այս նախաձեռնության վերաբերյալ նրա գնահատականի և Կիևի հետ բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ իր տեսակետների մասին։

Ղրղզստան կատարած այցից հետո տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մանրամասնորեն մեկնաբանեց ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման խաղաղության ծրագրի շուրջ ծավալված քննարկումները։

 Նոյեմբերի 19-ին հայտարարվեց Ուկրաինայի համար ԱՄՆ-ի նոր 28 կետանոց խաղաղության ծրագրի մասին: Ի պատասխան՝ ԵՄ-ն պատրաստեց այլընտրանքային ծրագիր, որը զգալիորեն տարբերվում էր ԱՄՆ ծրագրից: Նոյեմբերի 23-ին ԱՄՆ-ն և Ուկրաինան՝ եվրոպական երկրների մասնակցությամբ, բանակցություններ վարեցին Ժնևում: Այդ բանակցություններից հետո Կիևը հայտարարեց, որ փաստաթղթի նախագիծը նախկին տեսքով՝ «այն, որը բոլորը տեսել էին», «այլևս գոյություն չունի»: Financial Times-ը հաղորդեց, որ Ժնևի բանակցություններից հետո խաղաղության ծրագիրը 28 կետից կրճատվել է մինչև 19: Երկու օր անց ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարեց , որ ծրագիրը կրճատվել է մինչև 22 կետ:

Պուտինը հայտարարեց, որ « պայմանագրի նախագիծ չկա ». ԱՄՆ-ն կազմել է «հարցերի մի ամբողջություն, որոնք առաջարկվել են քննարկել և վերջնականապես ձևակերպել»։

Պուտինը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ընդհանուր առմամբ համաձայն է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից առաջարկված Ուկրաինայի խաղաղության ծրագրի կետերի ցանկը կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ ապագա համաձայնագրերի համար։ Սակայն նախագիծը պետք է թարգմանվի «դիվանագիտական ​​լեզվով»։


Պուտինը նշել է, որ հնարավոր խաղաղության համաձայնագրերի ցանկը հայտնի է դարձել Ալյասկա կատարած իր այցից հետո , սակայն դրա դրույթները քննարկվել են դեռևս ռուս-ամերիկյան գագաթնաժողովից առաջ։ «Դրանից հետո Ժնևում բանակցություններ են տեղի ունեցել ամերիկյան և ուկրաինական պատվիրակությունների միջև։ Ինչպես ես հասկանում եմ, նրանք միմյանց միջև որոշել են, որ բոլոր 28 կետերը պետք է բաժանվեն չորս առանձին բաղադրիչների։ Այս ամենը մեզ փոխանցվել է», - ասել է նա։

Պուտինի խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի ներկայիս ղեկավարության հետ փաստաթղթեր ստորագրելն անիմաստ է, քանի որ այն կորցրել է իր լեգիտիմությունը։ Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները ռազմավարական սխալ են թույլ տվել, երբ վախեցել են մասնակցել ընտրություններին, բացատրել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը։
