Ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Նանար Պողոսյանը տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որտեղ երևում է, թե ինչպես են Զորական գյուղի բարձր դասարանի մի քանի աշակերտներ ծեծի ենթարկում և նվաստացնում Նոյեմբերյանի պետական քոլեջում սովորող տղային։
Տեսանյութը նկարահանվել է հենց ծեծկռտուքի մասնակից անչափահասների կողմից։
MediaHub-ին քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Կիմա Ավդալյանը հայտնեց, որ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելու, մարդուն առեւանգելու, ֆիզիկական ներգործություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում 5 անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում:
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք այժմ անչափահասներն ազատության մեջ են, Ավդալյանը նշեց. «1 անձի նկատմամբ՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, կիրառվել է վարչական հսկողություն եւ բացակայելու արգելք»։
Նշենք, որ Զորական գյուղում դաժան ծեծի հեղինակ տղաներից մեկը «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի տեղակալ Ռուբեն Գասպարյանի որդին է։ Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է իրավաբանական գիտությունների թեկնածու Դավիթ Թումասյանը։ Թումասյանը գրել էր՝ Զորական գյուղի բարձր դասարանի աշակերտներ՝ Մխիթար Բաբաջանյանը՝ 9-րդ դասարան, Հայկ Աղաջանյանը՝ 10-րդ դասարան, Հակոբ Գասպարյանը՝ 11-րդ դասարան և այլ հասակակից տղաներ խոշտանգել, ծեծել և նվաստացրել են Նոյեմբերյանի պետական քոլեջում սովորող՝ Ա. Ջ.ին։ Տեղի ունեցածը տեսանկարահանել է նրանցից մեկը։ Ահասարսուռ տեսանյութը տարածվել է համացանցում։ Դրանից պարզ է դառնում, որ տղաների միջև ինչ-որ խնդիր է եղել, դրա մասին իմացել է պահակը։ Դրանից հետո մի քանի տղա քոլեջի սաներից մեկին կանչել են, որ պատասխան տա, թե պահակը որտեղից է իմացել խնդրի մասին։
«Նրա որդին ոչ միայն ակտիվորեն ծեծում է հասակակցին, այլ նաև իր սպորտա-չեմպիոնական հմտություններն օգտագործում է մարզաձևից դուրս՝ կենցաղում: 14-15 տարեկան լինելով՝ նա ոչ միայն չի հարգում օրենքը, այլ նաև «տղավարի ռազբորկեք» տանում՝ ենթամշակութային պիտակավորումներ տալով մեկ այլ անչափահասի արարքին»,- գրել է Դավիթ Թումասյանը։
