Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարականներ է տվել Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ծրագրի պատասխանատուներին

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում փետրվարի 11-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի, Քաղաքային կայուն զարգացման ներդրումային և Հյուսիսային միջանցքի արդիականացման ծրագրերի կառավարման խորհրդի հերթական նիստը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, օրակարգի առաջին հարցով քննարկվել և հաստատվել են «Քաղաքային կայուն զարգացման ներդրումային ծրագիր. Տրանշ 2» (հատուկ գործողություններ) վարկային համաձայնագրի շրջանակում Երևանի արևմտյան շրջանցող ճանապարհի Արգավանդ-Շիրակ ճանապարհահատվածի կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքների մրցույթի գնահատման արդյունքները, ինչպես նաև Դավթաշեն-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածի կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքների ձեռբերման մրցութային փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը:
Հավանության են արժանացել նաև Քաղաքային կայուն զարգացման ներդրումային ծրագրի Տրանշ 1-ի շրջանակում հասարակական տրանսպորտի նոր երթուղային ցանցի խորհրդատուի և Դավթաշեն-Աշտարակ և Բաբաջանյան-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարության վերահսկողության խորհրդատուի տեխնիկական առաջադրանքները: Կառավարման խորհուրդը հանձնարարել է պատասխանատուներին՝ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի գործող ընթացակարգերին համապատասխան սկսել մրցութային գործընթացները:
Մեկ այլ հարցով խորհուրդը հաստատել է Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի Տրանշ 1-ի (Արտաշատ-Երևան-Աշտարակ) շրջանակում իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքների պայմանագրի փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ Փոխըմբռնման համաձայնագիրը: Քննարկվել և հաստատվել են նաև Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի Տրանշ 3՝ Թալին-Գյումրի և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի ճանապարհահատվածների հողերի օտարման և տարաբնակեցման ծրագրերի իրականացման խորհրդատուի ընտրության արդյունքները և խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների մատուցման պայմանագիը:
Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը պատասխանատուների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է նախատեսված բոլոր աշխատանքները պատշաճ որակով և սահմանված ժամկետում կատարելու անհրաժեշտության վրա և համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ տվել:
