Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը փետրվարի 11-ին Ադրբեջանի գծով երկու որոշում է ընդունել:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՄԻԵԴ, մասնավորապես, բավարարել է Իլհամ Հուսենլիի, Էլչին Սալիմովի եւ Իբրահիմ Ահմեդզադեի համատեղ բողոքը, որոնք ձերբակալվել էին 2011 թվականի մարտի 31-ին եւ ապրիլի 2-ին Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիաներին մասնակցելօու համար: Նրանք ենթարկվել են ֆիզիկական ճնշման եւ ձերբակալվել էին վարչական կարգով: Տեղական դատարանները չէին բավարարել նրանց բողոքը:

Եվրադատարանը նրանց իրավունքները ճանաչել է խախտված «միավորվելու ազատություն», «արդարացի հետաքննության իրավունք» եւ «ազատության եւ անձնական անձեռնմխելիության իրավունք» հոդվածներով:

ՄԻԵԴ-ը վճռել է, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը պարտավոր է նրանց յուրաքանչյուրին 12 հազար եվրո փոխհատուցել: ՄԻԵԴ-ը նաեւ բավարարել է երիտասարդ ակտիվիստներ Աղասիֆ Իբրահիմովի, Էմին Ֆարհադիի եւ Ջամիլ Հաջիեւի բողոքը: Նրանք ծրագրել էին 2011 թվականի մայիսին «Երիտասարդ քաղբանտարկյալների իրավունքների պաշտպանության կոմիտեի» անունից ակցիա անցկացնել, սակայն, բռնաճնշումների էին ենթարկվել:

Եվրադատարանը նրանց իրավունքները եւս վերը նշված երեք հոդվածոներով ճանաչել է խախտված, եւ վճռել, որ թուրքական կառավարությունը նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրին պետք է 12 հազար եվրո փոխհատուցում վճարի եւ եւս 5600 եվրո` դատարանի վրա ծախսերի համար:

Եթե Ադրբեջանը առաջիկա երեք ամիսների ընթացքում չբողոքի, ապա ՄԻԵԴ որոշումը կմտնի ուժի մեջ:
